Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Would definitely book again especially if I was staying for more then 1 night.

Let down , subpar stay for sure
Pros:

The hotel was clean, shower had plenty of hot water, valet services were amazing. But the hotel was extremely HOT. I had the air conditioning turned all the way down and it stayed 76 degrees in our room and the hallways were even worse. Then there were no trucks to be found to transport our luggage and we were on the 14 floor, quite a workout. The breakfast was ok but not up to other Hilton breakfast bufffet.we love your hotel but we were really let down this stay.For the advertising you do about above and beyond for our customers, this was a let down.
