Cons:

they do'nt have cctv footage for my loose sun glass for value 35,000.00
they told me every where we have live camera no recording is avialble on the reception and lobby area

please avoid to leave your belongings at the lobby area .
They dont cooperate at all to find out my sun glasses
stay was for 6000.00 but loos was for 35000.00

Poor Service and Cleanliness Ruined Our Special Celebration
Pros:

My experience was very disappointing from check-in to check-out, especially as we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday.

When we checked into the room, it was full of flies, which was very unpleasant. We also discovered that the bed linen had not been changed and had to call reception to have it replaced.

The swimming pool was very dirty and clearly not maintained properly, which was disappointing and made us avoid using it.

The reception staff were not familiar with the package we had booked. They were unable to explain what was included, and I had to keep asking for information myself.

As we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, I had informed the F&B team in advance to bring the birthday cake after dinner. We waited for more than 20 minutes, but no one brought the cake. In the end, we went back to our room and requested that the cake be delivered there instead. Unfortunately, it took a very long time to arrive, which spoiled the surprise and the celebration.

During dinner, no water was offered to our table until we specifically asked for it. Basic hospitality and attentiveness were clearly lacking.

Overall, the service, cleanliness, and staff communication were far below the standard expected. What should have been a special family celebration turned into a frustrating experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements so future guests do not have the same experience.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

I had a wonderful one-day stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham, Chandigarh Zirakpur. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and offered excellent hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my short stay very enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Pros:

The breakfast had good options and the service was reasonably good

Cons:

We had opted for two meal booking. Yesterday when we went for lunch they had not catered for non veg options..on checking they said because of an event they had kept oy vegetarian options ( which were also limited). Though they did serve a chicken dish on the table later but I expected some more decent options..that could have been kept on the other side of the restaurant.
There were many other small small things like no socket near the bed for charging, clogged wash basin to say a few.

It is a decent place to stay but for my overall experience I found it over priced
