Good ambience poor service and attitude of the staff.
Pros:

The ambience and grand lobby.

Cons:

The unprofessional and rather rude behaviour wrapped in politeness of the front desk staff. Delay in billing even after full payment and requested checkout a day before with all the details. The staff changes in shifts and nobody passes the proper information during the shift change. The manager dodges you with sorry which doesn't work every time. Resturant staff are busy to themselves and laughing insane during dinner. Bathroom don't drain water.... Mini pool.
