Location and overall ambience. Space inside the room was Good.staff at entrance gate was always smiling and courteous.

Cons:

Food wasn't very great. Front desk staff wasn't very courteous. bathroom inside the room was always full of water post shower. Overall not a very memorable experience.. Need lots of improvement.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had, especially from a reputed star-rated property.
I stayed for 2 nights and booked 4 rooms (4417, 4418, 4419, 4420) for my family and friends. The experience was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Room key cards were repeatedly not working, forcing us to call reception again and again
One room lock was in broken condition — a serious safety issue
Lift was not functioning properly
Sofas in the rooms were dusty and dirty
Swimming pool was in extremely poor and unusable condition
This level of maintenance and hygiene is shocking for a hotel of this category. It honestly felt more like a poorly managed guest house or a third-class property rather than a reputed hotel.
The only positives were that the entrance looks good, room size is decent, and on-call service responds — but that is not enough to cover such major failures.
I strongly suggest the management take immediate corrective action and ensure that such unprofessional behavior and poor service standards are never repeated in the future. Guests choose reputed hotels expecting safety, cleanliness, and proper service — not this level of negligence.

Pros:

We Stayed Here For Two Days To Attend Family Wedding. Got Delayed Check In Because Property Was Fully Sold Out On That Day. Property Looks Good From Outside But Internally Need Deep Maintenance Work. All Staffs Were Supportive And Helpful. Banquet Food Require Improvements.

Rooms are spacious, clean. All facilities are available. Enjoyed stay a lot. Staff is so cooperative, they treated everyone so special… even for us sapan and Rahul from housekeeping created small towel art to surprised us, we were overwhelmed with this cute surprised.

Morning buffet was good, more than food I enjoyed how all servers are giving special treatment to each and every guest. On individuals request they were preparing stuff which is not even part of buffet… like some kid want plain prantha and they made for them.

They have best hospitality, highly recommended
