Very mediocre
Pros:

The property was lovely it definitely gave a lot of roaring 20s vibes!

Cons:

The staff were completely unorganized! We had to wait for a hotel room an hour and a half past our check-in time. They were nice enough to upgrade us to a nicer room but it was very dirty and dusty. The toilet was clogged and the hot water didn’t get very hot. Lastly., the pillows on our bed were very flat!

Nice hotel, close to everything! But should be able to have free parking if you stay!
Cons:

I booked this hotel (Paying a lot more than I normally would for a room) because I thought parking would be included in my stay. Did not realize I would have to pay an extra $30-$40 for parking

I enjoyed my stay. It was great to be so close to the Aronoff and Nicholsons.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the Aronoff, and the building is lovely. The elevator was super fast. There was plenty of hot water for a shower. I loved that you served chia pudding and overnight oats along with the hot breakfast items, which were also very good.

Cons:

I was hoping there would be a little fridge in the room. It would be helpful if there was some sort of parking available other than expensive valet service.

Beautiful hotel, great location
Pros:

Room was very spacious!

Cons:

The location of the tv in the room was not good as it wouldn’t turn enough for where to bed was or the couch! Also did not like having to pay 30$+ a night for the parking but anytime you left the parking garage the tie would stop and then restart when entering so 30$ turned more into 50-60$

The location was the reason for my stay, and the surrounding restaurants are excellent.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Room was large and comfortable..

Cons:

Breakfast was not very good. Coffee not to my taste - very strong or overheated.
Valet service was poor.
