Pros:

Good location. Blocks from free streetcar to take you pretty much anywhere from downtown to Findlay market

Cons:

Curtains had spots of stuff on them. No blackout curtains on south side of room. A bit noisy. Parking was expensive. Parking garages near by are hard to navigate and elevators broken.

Could not have been happier with our hotel choice!
Pros:

Room was amazing, hotel staff were the nicest and very helpful, location could not be beat, valet staff were incredibly nice and fast, and breakfast was wonderful!

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Pros:

The location is central to downtown. The floor I was on was also recently renovated--it had the new carpet smell. The room was spacious. The gym had decent equipment.

Parking garage HAS TO FIX THE ELEVATOR ASAP! I was informed it has been broken down for over a YEAR! GUEST EXPECTED TO CARRY LUGGAGE UP AND DOWN STAIRWAY!

Perfect for weekend events
Pros:

We love this location. The rooms are clean, the noise lever is zero, and the atmosphere is chic downtown. It's a value if you consider all of the places you can walk to, including the REDS baseball stadium and the service you get from pretty much anywhere you go downtown. They have a great breakfast and valet parking. The only downside is the parking downtown is about $50 before tips. We catch an Uber to Riverbend and have no trouble getting a ride back.

Wonderful Staff and Location!
Pros:

The staff was amazing! The food service had the most attentive and gracious hosts I've ever seen at a Hampton Inn. The first room was loud, so the front desk changed me to a perfect location. They were amazing considering they are in the middle of a renovation.

Cons:

The paid parking was a mess. The ground floor lobby was dark and open to the public. There was construction going on for a renovation which should have been noted. My original room 1216 had a terrible buzzing noise from the heating unit.
