I know I didn’t book The Four Seasons but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had
Pros:

The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. I guess it was decent for what it was, but it wasn’t a great breakfast.

Cons:

The room wasn’t ready to check in. We were gone all day. Nobody cleaned our room lights in the room didn’t work. Staff was rude. Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work.

Beautiful clean room that was very spacious but breakfast area was understaffed and it was lacking a clearly marked lob
Pros:

Location, large rooms, clean facilities

Cons:

Unclear labeling on entryway, no staff at ground level to confirm correct location, I had to enter and take the elevator to 2nd floor to a lobby -no lobby on ground floor

Pros:

Good location. Blocks from free streetcar to take you pretty much anywhere from downtown to Findlay market

Cons:

Curtains had spots of stuff on them. No blackout curtains on south side of room. A bit noisy. Parking was expensive. Parking garages near by are hard to navigate and elevators broken.

Could not have been happier with our hotel choice!
Pros:

Room was amazing, hotel staff were the nicest and very helpful, location could not be beat, valet staff were incredibly nice and fast, and breakfast was wonderful!

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location is central to downtown. The floor I was on was also recently renovated--it had the new carpet smell. The room was spacious. The gym had decent equipment.
