Best hotel property in the area!
Pros:

Very professional and friendly staff!!
Food was excellent.

Cons:

Need better training with F&B servers. No cal l back to tables after receiving food, no call back to refill on drinks. Breakfast buffet egg station was always cold, cooking too far in advance. Need artificial sweetener readily available.

Pros:

Staff are always helpful and pleasant. Special mention to RAY at the reception who has been really helpful to us.

Cons:

Booked for 2 guests but were only provided with 1 set of toiletries and towels. The air conditioner was quite old and noisy.
