the staff were friendly and helpful.the breakfast was great value for money ans great location
we was alicated the wrong room then we was changed rooms which then wasnt ready for when we checked in. the rooms was very dirty. no bin in the bathroom. the bedside lights way to bright. a bit of lino just put on the top of the radiator. the bed head was full of dust. I did take a video if u would like to see this. just needs a little attention thats all.
Comfortable and spacious for my family
The noise when you flushed toilet
and also i booked a second night they took my money but closed so we were left with no where to stay. I wad eventually refunded but left with 7 kids and no accommodation.
The staff were really welcoming and friendly, the lady serving breakfast was an absolute grafter, looked after everyone in the dinning room so we'll, and the food was excellent
The shower was a little luke warm but not an issue really. Just been fussy
Location was perfect it was clean and tidy and with on suite shower and fresh towels
Great place. Really helpful, friendly chap who helped book me and a friend book in and then sorted parking out. And a good price for room too. Will stay there again.

The lad on reception was lovely. We didn't use many facilities but could see there was plenty. And could literally throw a stone to the beach so perfect place especially having smaller kiddies

Booked through booking.com and it advertised breakfast available. There was no breakfast available. Also, lots of stairs and no offer to carry bags.
Really nice place. Friendly staff and rooms was made very comfortable and warm for our stay as a family of 4. Wasn't loud on a night and very comfortable sleep
There wasn't enough room with the shower door getting in and out but wasn't really a massive issue for us
