Cons:

Personeel restaurant. Weinig om zich heen kijken wat nodig is. Steeds vinger opsteken om contact te maken of weer opnieuw naarbinnen voor bestelling. Er kan meer omzet worden gemaakt als personeel beter getraind wordt op alertheid

Das Hotel ist gut, der Service muss ganz stark verbessert werden
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind recht geräumig. Das Frühstückbuffet ist reichhaltig, hat für alle etwas.

Cons:

Das Bedienpersonal im Restaurant war sehr unerfahren. Lange Wartezeiten zum bestellen und erhalten der Mahlzeiten, nicht abräumen der Tische. Unsaubere Tische !!!!. Wir waren im Speisesaal bei geschätzten 40 Grad, weil angeblich die Klimaanlage auf Hochtouren lief. Grosses Verbesserungspotenzial
