tevreden ondanks rumoerige nacht

de ligging is ideaal en een eigen parking (betalend) is ook een pluspunt.V
Voor een verblijf van 1 of enkele nachten een goede oplossing.

Cons:

ondanks het online inchecken duurt het wel erg lang.
Ze laten iedereen vanaf 15h00 terugkomen met als gevolg dat er een lange rij staat.
We hadden een kamer zonder airco ( verkeerd geboekt) maar konden ook niet met het raam open slapen omdat op de binnenkoer waarop we uitkeken verschillende motoren van airco's en frigo's staan. Eentje daarvan maakte de ganse nacht een ellendige geluid omdat ze slecht was afgesteld.

De betere kamer was helemaal niet beter: geen zeezicht zoals vermeld bij de boeking en de airconditioning kon niet ingesteld worden zodat het zeer warm, gewoon te warm was in de kamer, zo'n 28 graden 🥵

Niets, we zijn niet in dit hotel niet gebleven. De door ons geboekte kamer met airconditioning bleek geen werkende airconditioning te hebben. Op het moment dat we incheckten werkte ook de lift niet, terwijl we een kamer op de 5e verdieping zouden hebben. Dit bij 35 graden en wij 64 en 75 jaar zijn.

Cons:

Toen we aangaven niet te willen blijven en dat we ons geld terug wilden, kwam er een hele vervelende discussie, waarbij men vanuit het hotel beweerde dat we geen kamer met airco hadden geboekt, terwijl we de mail van het hotel zwart op wit hadden. Ons werd tegengeworpen dat we non refundable hadden geboekt. Op onze opmerking dat we er waren, maar niet kregen wat we hadden geboekt wenste men niet in te gaan. We zijn uiteindelijk vertrokken naar hotel the Ostendian, waar wel airco en vriendelijk en competent personeel was. We hebben ons geld, ondanks herhaalde verzoeken niet terugontvangen, ook niet de 45 euro, die we ter plekke hebben betaald voor de hond.

De omgeving

Cons:

De kamer, aan de achterkant van t hotel, raam kon niet open, geen airco, geen lucht, veel lawaai héél de nacht van de airco's op de stinkende binnen ruimte!! Vuil van de vorige logees (oordopjes, flesjes)lag nog onder bed.

Danke für das tolle Wochenende.
Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist etwas altmodisch und die Fenster lassen sich schwer öffnen oder schließen.

Moquette pas trèd propre, touffe de cheveux par terre dans la salle de bain. Pas de micro-onde (pour une "chambre supérieure"), pas de cuillère à café (juste une "touillette").

La situation . L'hôtel est à 15 min à pied de la gare.

Cons:

Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et avec la canicule . Nos boissons ont vite rechauffées dans une chambre pas climatisee mais rachraichie par un ventilateur.
