Pleasant and comfortable stay for couples
Pros:

Had a really pleasant stay here as a couple. The room was comfortable, clean, and matched the photos quite well. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The location was also convenient and easy to access.

A special thanks to Mr. Arkha for the excellent service and hospitality during our stay. He was very friendly and helpful, and made our experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a great experience and we would consider staying here again.

It was nothing short of wonderful and with very prompt attention by all the staffs from recept , makntenance , housekeep

Pros:

Staff were very welcming to the extent i thouth they are paid by how many welcome the do.room was spacious and breakfast has lot of variety but little international breafast dishes.

Cons:

Staff they kept starring at customer table. The moment you finish a dish you will find them collecting it.

Living in the other building is of bit of hassle and use of multi lifts

i stayed at room 1621 from 31May-1June, i already Paid for the upgrade to this room, and after i arrived at room, the bed (on one of the twin bed) is still wet.. and when i smell, i smells damp.. and then the HK & HK manager came and change the bedsheets and everything, and my father suddenly checked the other bed, and it turns out the other bed also have yellow stain.. i forgot to take picture of the yellow stain.. its like anyone ever peed there but the stains couldn't be removed or what? I don't really understand.. then the other bed also changed as well by the housekeeping. They said it was wet because of the disinfectant, but why the manager didnt check it first before saying the room is clean.. and then the Reception also called us at night asking about what happened earlier, but i think there were no gesture like asking us to change to a new room or something, but thats okay.. At breakfast the staff there is really confusing.. because they didnt know that we add an extra bed.. she staff said there was no note that our room has an extra bed.. so its a bit frustating at first, because i think the front desk and the restaurant staff has a miss communication in their system or something i dont know..

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Special thanks to Fauzan for the excellent hospitality and kindness — he made our experience even more memorable. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food was great, and everything was well maintained. الموظفون جميعا بلا استثناء في الاستقبال FUZAN والمدير المشرف ERIK انه يهتم بأدق التفاصيل في سبيل راحة الضيف لقد جعل إقامتنا مميزه
وفي المطعم كان كل طاقم الخدمه مميز وودود من الشيف MEHSA وكذلك الشيف NAWFAL وAlif وEmang والعموم بلا استثناء والطعام كان لذيذا جدا سواءا الإفطار او العشاء.

الموسيقى مع الطعام كانت صاخبه ومزعجه وموذيه للأطفال

Not soundproof room, no customer engagement
Pros:

I stayed here for a graduation staycation at ITB. Overall, the experience met the expectations of a five-star hotel. comfortable room, smooth check-in, and I appreciated the early check-in as well as the complimentary photo provided to guests.

One area for improvement is customer engagement. I sent an email for a specific request but did not receive a response. I also shared my experience on Instagram story and did not see any acknowledgment or interaction. I mean, what is the point you manage social media but not engage with your customer? Active communication, especially through official channels and social media, would further enhance the guest experience and reflect the hotel’s service standards.

The room I believe is not sound proof bcs I can still hear clearly other person talking in other room.
