Perfect Staycation in Bandung
Pros:

Overall stay is enjoyable, had a pleasant 3 days 2 nights stay in Intercontinental Dago. Love the food as well, the staff during breakfast mba Rheissa and the staff during house keeping mba Peggy are all nice. My family loves the stay a lot.

Cons:

Booked 2 rooms, one of it (1623) during checked in there's a nail remain on bathroom floor (but quickly cleaned up by the staff. Another thing, cooler in 1623 is not as cold as room 1625.

sarapannya sangat menyenangkan sekali banyak menu pilihan view dari kamar saya indah sekali melihat gunung dan puncak bukit serta city view bandung dari ketinggian dago pakar karena kebetulan saya menginap di lantai 17 kebersihan dan layanan hotel sangat ramah sebelum meninggalkan hotel kami ada acara sesi foto dari hotel, dan suami baru selesai cek barang2 ternyata headset bose punya suami ketinggalan dan saya segera lapor ke reseptionist karena kebetulan sy sudah check out hotel, mereka segera cepat bantu dengan rcpts mba nabila kalau gak salah namanya setelah di cek di temukan ternyata sudah di bagian lost and found terima kasih mba nabila untuk bantuannya next time holiday di hotel ini recomended sekali lagi terima kasih :)

saran saja untuk ameniti kamar mandi dan handuk upayakan agar selalu dapat ditambh/ganti selalu tersedia telebih untuk kamar lantai yg ada extra bed presiden suit dll

My Family Stay at InterContinental Dago Bandung
Pros:

Our New Year holiday with the family was truly delightful. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the room overlooking the golf course set the perfect tone for a joyful start to our vacation.

At night, the breathtaking view of Bandung city lights created a memorable atmosphere, especially while enjoying my favorite book.

I highly recommend having dinner at TIAN JING LOU Restaurant. The stunning view from the 18th floor, the delicious food, and the excellent service completed our holiday experience. Special thanks to Ms. Ratna and Ms. Tia for their wonderful hospitality—their recommendations were always spot on. Great job!

Lovely Family Trip

Nice stay and good breakfast
Pros:

Booked for NYE 2026 here… Great ambiance, great service, and great breakfast. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were friendly and responsive, and the breakfast selection was fresh and satisfying. Really enjoyed my stay.

Spacious room with nice views and comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, with clean and spacious rooms. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
I added one extra person for breakfast.
During check-out, I kindly reminded the staff about the additional charge for the extra guest. They seemed it might have been overlooked if not I mentioned. Perhaps clearer communication would make the experience smoother.

I would recommend joining the IHG membership, as it offers points and breakfast discounts, which is a nice benefit.

The tea selection was pleasant (teh dilmah), with 4 tea bag options provided. The soap and shampoo were also good, with a fresh scent that was not too strong (masculine). However, the hand soap in my room ran out and was not refilled, although I did not report it during my stay.
My room faced the parking area, but it still offered a nice view and a comfortable atmosphere.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a spacious room and several nice spots to relax.

Great experience
Pros:

Overall pleasant stay in here. The ambiance, room, food, and staff were great. Great weather too for a walk/jog nearby the hotel (but be prepared for hilly routes hehe)
