Geweldig hotel, huiselijke sfeer. Personeel is ontzettend aardig en bereidwillig. Heerlijk dakterras! Ligging is centraal. Echt een aanrader👍👍👍

Excelente ubicación. Pero la calle es muy ruidosa (se puede resolver ese tema con ventanas de doble vidrio)

This place seems just above the level of a hostel. It's located on the second and third floors of an old house with a decore that's either purposely distressed or just old. It has character and some comfort (good mattress). The "private" bath was not connected to the small bedroom. "Breakfast" (little more than toast and coffee) was either at a tango joint across the intersection or, on the weekends, upstairs in the living area. The staff was friendly, but very casual. On the whole, it's OK but not a great value.

Pros: great staff, beautiful rooms, lovely place in great location

Cons: room 1 is the nicest room (very big), but it's also very loud as it is street-side (incl through the night/early morning). Also breakfast (included) is poor

Na hora da reserva deve ser observado o tipo de acomodação escolhida, pois há algumas com banheiro fora do quarto. Reservei com a expectativa de ser um hotel e na verdade é mais para um hostel.
É uma casa antiga com escadarias. O café da manhã é em um estabelecimento do outro lado da rua. Em alguns quartos e banheiro há muito cheiro de mofo.
Os atendentes são atenciosos.

O quarto tem um odor forte de mofo. O hotel nao disponibiliza cobertores grossos. O banheiro desse quarto é privado porem externo. Isso é avisado na descricao do quarto, mas nao émuito destacado. Se soubesse teria reservado um quarto com banheio interno.

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel with much charm and character in a very central location I would defintiely recommend this one. Martin and his staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Great stay. Free breakfast could be better. Overall, not bad.

It was a nice clean comfortable stay, the hotel hosts were very kind and even loaned an adaptor. My bathroom was detached so it could have been more convienent to have in the same room, but it was fine, clean and quiet. Oh, THERE IS NO SIGN. It would help if they had one.

Everything is perfect

Decent accommodation near union square (2.5 blocks away) so easy to get around on metro. Quite centrally located. Hotel itself is basic but fine. Clean

Room was great. Bathrooms are not in the room. You get your private bathroom but it is in a separate area. We were in room #2 right above the street and it could use some soundproofing

Não gostei da estrutura do hotel, fiquei surpreso quando cheguei no mesmo as fotos na internet é muito diferente da realidade,não tem elevador o acesso as dependências do hotel é pela escada.

An excellent boutique hotel with very friendly staffs.
The location was very good to enjoy the city centre until late night.

We felt really at home, friendly staff that helped us with tango bookings and taxi bookings. Fantastic central location in the city and beautiful rooms.
