Pros:

Struttura molto carina con camere pulite e spaziose. Ristorante molto buono. Parcheggio privato di fianco all'Hotel. Abbiamo fatto solo una notte di passaggio ma varrebbe la pena fermarsi qualche giorno per visitare la zona.

Cons:

Il personale, super accogliente.

Absolutely outstanding stay
Pros:

We had an amazing stay, the rooms were fab, the food at the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. We were hoping to watch a World Cup match and they found a projector and screen and set it up in a small room for us to connect to and watch - checked in with us throughout and couldn’t have made sure we had a better stay. Would absolutely stay here again and think the star rating of the hotel is far lower than the reality!

Nicht so ganz ' unser Haus '
Pros:

Freundlicher Service abends sowie beim Frühstück, etwas 'gehobenes Ambiente' - dementsprechend auch die Preise !
Zimmer mit super Bett,kleinem Balkon ( leider zur Hauptstraße hin),da wir Fr/Sa übernachtet haben, war es relativ ruhig vom Verkehr her.Eigentlich hieß es 'Zimmer zum Garten hin' - aber wir waren zu müde um noch zu reklamieren.

Cons:

Mini-Duschbad, gleichzeitig zu zweit benutzen ist leider nicht machbar- und das zu normalem Preis von 170€, sorry das passte uns nicht so ganz.
Dessert nach dem Abendessen war auch nicht sein ' Geld wert ' - Erdbeerbecher für 12€ und vllt.4 ganze Erdbeeren drinnen und Schokoladeneis - obwohl Vanilleeis in der Karte stand....wir haben es gegessen und auch beim Kellner 'erwähnt',dieser wunderte sich ebenfalls und wollte in der Küche nachfragen- haben ihn nicht wiedergesehen!

Hatte mit meiner Freundin ein super schönes Wochenende im perfekten Hotel, herzlichen Dank.
Pros:

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage im Schwarzwald mit überaus zuvorkommendem, sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück erfüllte alle Wünsche und die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber.

Nach vielen Jahren der Zufriedenheit in diesem Haus war es dieses mal ein totaler Reinfall.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, vor allem die Dame an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Zum ersten Mal mußten wir beim Frühstück für Speisen und Getränke separat bezahlen. Bei booking.com war zwar der Frühstückspreis angegeben, nicht jedoch daß man für den Kaffee extra bezahlen mußte. Das ist frech! für unseren kleinen Hund verlangte das Hotel 19 €. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Es hat nur ein barrierefreies Zimmer im 3. OG, das jedoch völlig überhitzt war. Die Preise für das Abendessen waren total überzogen. Für einen Spargelsalat mit 3 Krevetten und drei Stückchen Spargel verlangte man stolze 22 €, für ein Kalbskotelett außerhalb der Karte, welches ohne Preis angeboten wurde, verlangte man 44 €. Schade, aber wir werden bestimmt nicht wiederkommen.

A regular stay for us now when travelling to Germany / Austria.
A beautifully designed building with wonderful wooden internals.
Accom is always perfectly presented.
Food is exceptional and varied.
Staff are always attentive and friendly.
One of our favourite hotels after travelling extensively and worldwide.
A peaceful and lovely area to visit and stay. Very dog friendly.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ebenfalls ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Leider keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, was zwar gewusst war - jedoch wäre eine solche dringend benötigt worden.
