Great location albeit a bit loud at night but that didn’t bother me. Bed was very comfortable in the loft studio. Lovely to have air conditioning during a heat wave.
The value for money with having to check out at 10.30 am, especially when the website for this property says 11 am. Someone knocked at my door at 9.55 an to ask what time I’d be checking out. This is completely unacceptable and caught me off guard.
Fixtures and finishes are a bit worn down and showing use.
Very, very central, with some great bars, retail, right on the doorstep. Place is very tidy, very comfortable and well maintained. Even though it is around a very social area of Dublin, the soundproofing is very effective, and still provides enough for a good nights sleep.
We felt that the room size was a bit small for the price. The biggest problem, which gives this place a non-passable score (the first I have given) is how they mishandled a fire-alarm trigger on premises during our stay. The alarm triggered in the late-afternoon early evening, whilst it was non-staffed. It was shocking to see that, when staff did turn up, they were surprised that they could not get in (the front door was fail-safe locked to prevent re-entry), jamming fire doors open with carpets, and even when the alarm was still running, once they got the front door open and having not secured the alarm, they allowed residents back to their room. On this basis, the score has to reflect this.
Situation
Staff and management attitudes- a fire alarm went off and we all evacuated
We phoned all the numbers given and no one replied
La ubicacion y la atencion de la persona que estaba en las mañanas excelente
Pues que no hibiera atencion ñas 24 hora so una sañita de espera , donde gustadar sentado en lp que llega el taxi o esperar el check out
Sehr gut
Location was brilliant, we were in middle of everything
The room was a strange layout. We had to go through two fire doors to get to our bathroom. It was also a little noisy at night until about 2:00am. We never had our sheets changed in seven nights.
location was great and the shower was really nice
kitchen fittings were a little broken and the cold tap did not go cold
Top marks for location beside Grafton Street & 100 yards from Bewleys Restaurant Bakery - terrific breakfast.
Decor very good & bathroom very clean.
Mattress uncomfortable
Convenient location, comfy bed, kitchen was okay.
Small space for high price, sometimes a bad aroma in the lobby.
Perfect location and very good facilities
Directions and address unclear, the entrance is actually off Crafton street
The room was incredible. There's a pub across the lane and a pub next door - we though it would be a noisy night. We barely heard anything on the 4th floor. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had the entire trip. The room had a slanted roof line wall which was a little difficult in the morning, but made for a magical experience.
As a plus size traveler, the shower was perfect sized and the water pressure was amazing. The elevator fit both my husband and I plus all our luggage.
The location was perfect - right off Grafton street and an easy 2 minute walk to St. Stephen's Green and/or public transportation.
When you exit the elevator there's two steps down and then two steps back up on the 4th floor to get to one of the hallways. It was a bit of a tripping hazard and maybe could've been better marked. However once you knew it was there it wasn't a big deal.
The room was spacious for a city hotel and had good in-room facilities. The apartment was comfortable and the location was convenient for exploring Dublin.
