Smelly. Stinks like sewage.
Pros:

The location and the washer in the apt.

Cons:

The hallway and our room stunk like sewage. I had seen a prior review on this and discounted it. The maintenance man appears to mask the smell and puts stuff down the drains. But the smell is present and nauseating. We were supposed to stay here after our tour ended but cancelled due to the stink.

Great location, facilities and comfort.
Pros:

Incredible location on Grafton. Two pubs next to the front door. Compact but very well equipped and comfortable. Nespresso and excellent inverter washer dryer.

Cons:

The Upkey app a bit fiddly but staff will make you cards if you want.

Wonderful Place, great staff and centrally located.
Pros:

This is a great apartment, very clean, centrally located, and the staff were fantastic.
We arrived early, they stored our bags for no cost, they had the rooms ready early for us, nothing was an issue. The lady on reception was wonderful. I really couldn’t recommend this place enough. We will be back.

Location and comfort are worth a few minor inconveniences — would stay again, but maybe upgrade to a larger room
Pros:

Hotel is right in Grafton street, steps from Trinity college, Stephen’s Green, Temple Bar area (but not too close so we didn’t have to deal with the noise), all the shops, and the best pubs. Elevator was much appreciated although we weren’t expecting the stairs up and down into a small lading when we stepped out of the elevator (we nearly took a dive down the stairs). There was a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, stove top & oven, as well as a few appliances (kettle, etc). Although the room was small, the bathroom had a full size shower with great water pressure. The room also had air conditioning, which we didn’t think we would need except we were on the top floor and the heat from other rooms kept our room too warm, so we were thankful for the ability to turn on the AC - especially because the window doesn’t open up much and it’s very small.

Cons:

We had a small room on the top floor with a small window that didn’t open very well & the window shade didn’t work, so we had to clip a towel over it to sleep. We had limited interaction with staff, and there wasn’t always someone there to answer questions (we never got our tv to work — the channels wouldn’t load, so we gave up). The carpets were a bit dirty when we checked in — the bathroom was clean but it appeared they forgot to vacuum the carpets.

Pros:

Super lokacija, čistoča ok, udobna postelja, enostaven dostop, tudi ob prihodu v zelo poznih urah.

Cons:

Nezmožnost odpiranja okna oziroma zračenje sobe, zato je bilo pogosto zelo vroče in po tuširanju zelo vlažno. Pogrešal sem tudi kuhinjsko krpo, zato sem moral uporabljati brisačo.
