Breakfast choices were limited with very little food available and coffee was not available. Tea choice was limited to one item. Refrigerator was not stocked.

Location, price.

Came in without a reservation. Was checked in with respect by friendly person. Affordable, quiet place where sleep is was easy to get. Good breakfast options available.

Clean conveniently located

Wow, this location sure went downhill fast! This hotel was recently (within the last six months) sold. Kathy is gone, and that's really unfortunate as she was the glue that held this place together.

Due to family in the area, I stay at this hotel between ten to fifteen nights a year. Under previous management the hotel was adequate; front desk staff was polite and happy, and things generally ran reasonably well. But the one thing the previous owners would never do is LIE TO YOUR FACE, let alone more than once!

We stayed over Christmas, and boy is the new management terrible. Unfortunately the property is lousy now and has lots of marks of a poorly run hotel exercising cost cutting above all else.

Going in the front door, the entire place reeked of chlorine. Previously you'd get a small whiff of chlorine from the pool to your left (which was understandable). But upon entering this time we were hit with a strong wall of chlorine nearly to the point of being light headed. Later on, we entered via the remote door and were STILL hit by a wall of chlorine!

A wall of chlorine that strong means that they recently had to 'shock' treat the pool with chlorine to kill ... let's go with "bad stuff" in the water. If you're up on your pool maintenance you should *never* need to shock your pool. That's only something you need to do if you've ignored your pool for a few weeks or more and then had a visit from an inspector. Ewwwwwww!

My daughter really likes hot chocolate. As a result, she has previously been a big fan of this hotel because they had hot chocolate at their coffee station. This Christmas, no hot chocolate. Not really that big of a deal on its own, but it bothered my daughter and wife enough that they inquired about it at the front desk. Then came the FIRST LIE: "Oh, we haven't had hot chocolate for YEARS!" We stayed here in September and they had it then, we stayed here over the summer and they had it then, we were here over easter and they had it then, and last Christmas they had it then. DON'T TRY AND GASLIGHT YOUR CUSTOMERS, >>EVER!!!<

Totally great location just popped up out of nowhere. Couldn't hear a thing and the bed was super comfy. Room was spotless.

I thought it was nicely decorated and clean. Staff was kind.
