Pros:

Its not too far from Sutton High Street

Cons:

Room was tired and dated, also not the cleanest. Bathroom smelled bad.
On the only night of my stay i was woken at 3am by a woman on the stairs outside my room screaming and crying.
Being in the room by the front door, you can hear everyone coming and going and chatting in the corridors.

Comfortable room in excellent location
Pros:

Conveniently situated with parking. Room had everything we needed plus access to a communal kitchen.

Could’ve done with a few clean tea towels in the kitchen!!

The reception person was not very welcoming had to try and understand him.

The floor was dirty white socks became nearly black.Windows hadn't been cleaned for a very long time

Didn't use the lounge or kitchen

Parking first comes first served only allows 5 cars at a push
All around is permit parking OK after 6.30pm and before 8 Monday - Saturday

Comfy but no frills
Pros:

Quite central to where I was going for the evening , little weird as more of a workerday hotel ,but clean and comfortable,tv we couldn’t get to work not a huge issue as I bring a dvd player with me

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Kitchen locked at 10pm, so my milk was stuck in the fridge, could have done with a small fridge in the corridor or room. Not a massive issue but annoying more than anything.
