Disappointing 2nd stay compared to excellent experience the first time.
Pros:

Room in general fine, bathroom facility fine but see below...

Cons:

This was my second stay - this time on first floor - very noisy neighbouring room until around 11pm and I really wanted an early night!
the bathroom stank of cigarette smoke - likely coming in through vents from another room or outside. It was pretty unbearable.
My first stay was exemplary - similarly on a Monday night but on the top level and was quiet and smoke free!

Definitely would stay again
Pros:

The size of the room,the design of the bathroom,very clean,big window,very quiet area

Cons:

It stated on the website that there was a kitenette in the room but there wasn't,a mini fridge would have been nice,beds were a lot firmer than we're used to

Clear, friendly staff and great value for money.
Pros:

Met Joe when I arrived. He was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know.

Cons:

Some of the framing around the microwave had come away, just made it look a little unsightly.

Pros:

Very clean and quiet room with en suite bathroom - good shower; room well heated and bed comfortable. all fixtures new and working well. felt safe and had onsite parking
Worked like clockwork with keys etc..
