Buena relación precio calidad, pero necesita un refresh y una mejor orientación al cliente
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, justo en paseo de Montejo. Desde ahí accedes caminando a tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes y corredor gastronómico. En el baño de la habitación te dejan amenidades.

Cons:

La atención del personal (recepción) es apática. No te dan la bienvenida, ni explican cómo funciona el hotel, ni te dan a conocer las amenidades, solo se limitan a hacer el cobro de la reservación. La habitación necesita un refresh, es bastante antigua. El frigobar y la caja fuerte están de adorno, no funcionan.

Excelente 👌🏻 estuve solo por cuestiones médicas pero todo muy bien desde la limpieza, la tina en el baño de la habitación para una ducha caliente ya que me tocó clima frío, pude pasear con mis hijos por paseo montejo con toda la confianza
