Very good hotel on beautiful avenue!
Pros:

Very well situated hotel on a beautiful avenue in Mérida. We had a large corner room with windows on two sides. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff did not speak much English but we muddled through with my terrible Spanish. The doorman/assistant in the reception area spoke English very well and was most helpful during our stay. The pool area was fabulous.

Cons:

The noise from the local restaurants/bars was very loud and could be heard in our room into the evening. There was nothing that could be done about it given that it was not a hotel bar.
