Kein Frühstück verfügbar, Restaurant seit Monaten geschlossen. Aufzug ausser Betrieb. Poolarea nicht betretbar, Poolwasser war grün. Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bad und Duschen teilweise sehr verschimmelt. Elektrik und Lampen gingen teilweise im Zimmer nicht. Klimaanlage sehr laut. Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, abgewohnt und wird nicht instandgehalten. Ich hatte auch das Gefühl das wir die einzigen Gäste dort waren.

Nice size room.
Not the first time I have stayed at the Gallery, the last time was before ''Covid''. It is very noticeable the difference in the standards between then and now. It use to be spotless with helpful staff. Unfortunately this isn't the case now.

the beds were very comfy and it is a good location, we did stay during songkran so we got soaked as soon as we left but it is close to everything
it is very dated and needs some renovation, below the pool area has a lot of maintenance around and could’ve dangerous for children. the breakfast wasn’t a buffet and was very limited.
We stayed one night and this hotel suits well for this purpose. It is clean and they even have a small pool. The staff is nice and ready to help. There is a strange smell in the rooms, but again for one night it's OK.
We stayed one night in this hotel upon arrival to the island. When we checked in to the room there was no toilet paper and the toilet also had a mechanical disfunction so that was our first impression. Breakfast pretty much basic. After this first night in Koh Chang we moved and things soon improved a lot.
