Please be informed that we will having our Swimming Pool Maintenance every Wednesday from 6 AM to 1 PM.

When traveling to Puerto Princess City it is important to secure the following Information:
1.Secure your Travel Coordination or Travel Permit to Incident Management Team of Puerto Princesa by sending them a Request Letter to Travel indicating your purpose.

The Incident Management Team will not allow you to travel even if you an airline ticket unless your travel is well-coordinated, is approved by them. You will receive a procedure of all documents you need to secure once your travel was approved.

We encourage our travel Partner to secure your travel permit one week before your travel date.

2.Our van transfer is now under other charges wherein we charge an amount of Php 300.00 – 400.00 per way depending on the availability in our tie-up van provider.
If guests want to avail the van transfer service kindly email us your flight details to confirm your van booking at least 2 days prior to guest’s arrival.
Aside from securing your travel permit, it is also important to secure a van transfer because we have to process the airport gate pass at At least 1 to 2days prior to your arrival, the CAAP will not allow any vehicle to enter the airport without an airport gate pass to pick up a guest event if they have booking voucher from the hotel. Thus, confirming your van booking ahead of time is highly recommended.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

I'm really satisfied with my 2 night stay here, all of the staff are very accomodating and hands on to their job. Great job for Mr. Jp he's really cheerful and doing great. He helped me book a rider for the gowns that I rent in PPC to return to its owner. Also the place is near to restaurants and mall.

I recently stayed at Holiday Suites in Puerto Princesa for 5 nights (June 2 – June 7), and it was truly a game-changer for our trip!
Why it’s the perfect choice:

Unbeatable Location: You honestly cannot beat the convenience. Being located directly in front of Robinson Mall made grabbing meals, supplies, or last-minute needs incredibly easy.

Accessibility: Getting around the city was a breeze. Because of the hotel's prime location, all modes of local transport are easily accessible right at your doorstep.

Airport Proximity: If you’re looking to minimize travel stress, this is the place. The airport is exceptionally close—it took us only about 7–8 minutes to get there!

Cons:

The pool was under repair.

No lift to 1st level. I'm a senior. Had to use stairs.
Extra small bathroom. One person at a time, we had 2 x rooms, one with 4 x persons, 2nd room 2 x persons.
Maintenance on rooms is nil. First room A/C didn't work, both rooms A/C noisy.

Our experience here was wonderful, thanks in large part to the fantastic team. The staff are incredibly welcoming and approachable, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door.

At the reception, the check-in process was seamless. The staff took the time to clearly explain the hotel’s policies, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable right away. A lovely highlight was the complimentary welcome drink—a thoughtful touch that truly earns them a bonus point!

1. Climate Control: The air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively. Even at the maximum setting, the temperature remained warmer than expected.

2. Hallway Upkeep: Seeing exposed trash bags in the hallways was unappealing. Improving the way waste is managed or concealed would definitely help maintain a more hygienic and premium feel.

3. Dining Variety: It would be beneficial to see more variety at the breakfast buffet. Adding more options for picky eaters and those with specific food allergies would make the morning meal much more inclusive.

Overall, the team is fantastic, but addressing these facility and dining details would make for a much more comfortable stay.

Breakfast was good. Room service n maintenance very friendly n quick.

Got a room that I didn't pay for.. lower scale. Very Upset!
I paid for a FAMILY ROOM which is 2 queen beds instead i got 2 twin beds n fold up Bed.. They wanted $$$ for the fold up bed. I said no way.! They offer free shuttle from airport to hotel

n they still asked me to pay.i said No!
