1. Please inspect the room 1047( I forgot the room number) and do pest control treatment - bed is okay but living room bed required emergency treatment.( We got a lot of bedbugs bites)
2. Once I checked in - the room was purely had foul smell around the room and I called the reception to spray air freshner however a person came with a plastic bottle and dropped something around the chairs and curtain and left.( I believe no one checked the room before the arrival)
3. I asked for a 3 pin plug point and order taker Informed me that will check and get back to me in 5 minutes but I called him back after 15 minutes and they mentioned they don't have but I received in 5 minutes after the call.
4. Laundry team got confused once I request for a linen to dry and later they mentioned the hk person will come to the room on next day to collect the laundry and cannot promise that they can give me backmy cloth before check out.
5. I requested that we are recently married couple and personally commented on booking.com that if they can do any linen arrangements however nothing was communicated to me upon check in and through out the stay.( I believe they didn't checked my comments)
6. One night stay had a lot of issues - I don't want to mention more things becoz I faced a lot.
7. In room dining - I ordered for a pizza and the base was frozen - it was not fresh at all( we can't even chew that). Please inform the team to check the quality. Same time I asked for a lime juice and order taker mentioned that it's only available at breakfast time but the menu mentioned until 10.30pm ( please check and he mentioned I can order only Pepsi) maybe the team required more training based on the property.

Bit outside Munnar and too many steep road curves , be careful if you are driving on your own.
We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. After many phone calls to Expedia and the hotel the issue was sorted. The issue was with hotel’s reservation system. Also the hotel photo shown on Expedia is different to that of the actual hotel. It is misleading. Expedia did not have details or any mention of Gala dinner over New years eve, but we were asked to pay Rs. 3999 per person at check-in, on top of room rate. Issue was resolved after much effort. I would not recommend this property because of the booking/reservation issues and incorrect/missing info on Expedia website about this hotel.
It was serene experience like the name of mountain.
