Overall, we will be returning here in the future for our annual trip to Omaha.
Pros:

The staff was hands-down the best we’ve ever had. They all were attentive and my kids really enjoyed speaking with them each day. The breakfast was also really good. It changed each day a little bit which was nice. The room was also really clean.

Cons:

The only two negatives we had were related to the common areas. The elevators are definitely old and not a smooth ride. They also had a weird smell that sometimes flowed into the lobby. It wasn’t anything we noticed in our room or in the eating area but you definitely smelled it coming and going.

Family fun weekend
Pros:

The ambiance was perfect the moment you set foot in the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was clean and towels always in stock. The breakfast was excellent as well!!

Hot breakfast, good variety, clean dining room. Excellent coffee choices. Good mix of fruit. Grains etc.

Was convenient and sorry we missed breakfast.
Pros:

We. left before breakfast. Liked the adjoining rooms. Convenient to the location we needed to be at.

Cons:

The walk-in shower floor edge needs updated or good cleaning. A recliner would have been nice.

The front desk person is very rude and racist i believe they have hidden camera in there’s room
Pros:

I don’t feel safe because during my stay they had people coming and change light that already worked but I don’t know why they change it I guess because me and my wife on the phone talking and I told her I think am being watched i look at the fire alarm and the ceiling lights and tell her probably it’s a hidden camera little that I know someone came and change them when I was not are so again this please is not safe the staff also steal your points if you don’t us it they will put there info and email to steal your points so I will say this be careful this place is very bad
