Overall my stay was very good and the staff was very helpful.
Pros:

I thought the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

There was a light pole right by the window in my room which made it really bright in the room. There was a black out blind i didn’t realize there was until after 2 hours of trying to sleep.

Great location. Okay hotel
Pros:

Location was great!

Cons:

We specifically picked this hotel because it boasted a heated pool. That was definitely not the case. The pool and pool room were fairly cold actually.

And our room was fine but did not feel overwhelmingly clean unfortunately.

Cons:

Just the fact that pool towels could not stay stocked every time we went to the pool, and when I asked for more I was told they were out, so I asked for regular towels and I was told again those were out as well and then I was given bath mats. Another worker walked to the back herself and magically was able to get me regular towels. Apparently they just need to order more. Other than that, everything was perfect🤗
