Cons:

Just the fact that pool towels could not stay stocked every time we went to the pool, and when I asked for more I was told they were out, so I asked for regular towels and I was told again those were out as well and then I was given bath mats. Another worker walked to the back herself and magically was able to get me regular towels. Apparently they just need to order more. Other than that, everything was perfect🤗

Very good place. Would stay again.
Pros:

It was clean and convenient. Facilities were good. Hot tub was actually hot

Cons:

There were tons of kids screaming and splashing in the pool and hot tub most of the afternoon/evening. It was probably at capacity honestly. We had to wait and go in the morning. It would be nice if they did what some other places are doing and had an hour or two for adults only.

We were indoors and warm, fed well, overall disappointed, expected more from this brand.
Pros:

Clean, well kept. Lots of handicap parking.
Good breakfast choices. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The TV did not work. Desk staff said a discount would be requested, don’t know results.
The bed is extremely high, too much more effort to get in it and feel comfortable.
Placement of bed and TV not conducive for comfortable watching if TV worked.

Clean hotel in a nice area.
Pros:

The hotel and staff were nice. Everything seemed very clean and well taken care of.

Cons:

Our room was HOT and we couldn't adjust the temperature.

Its super close to the hospital and easy to get too. And 2 amazing restaurants right outside the front doors and of Course Starbucks in the same parking lot

Overall, we will be returning here in the future for our annual trip to Omaha.
Pros:

The staff was hands-down the best we’ve ever had. They all were attentive and my kids really enjoyed speaking with them each day. The breakfast was also really good. It changed each day a little bit which was nice. The room was also really clean.

Cons:

The only two negatives we had were related to the common areas. The elevators are definitely old and not a smooth ride. They also had a weird smell that sometimes flowed into the lobby. It wasn’t anything we noticed in our room or in the eating area but you definitely smelled it coming and going.

Coming back in December. Will definitely book again.
Pros:

Hot breakfast, good variety, clean dining room. Excellent coffee choices. Good mix of fruit. Grains etc.

Pleasant
Pros:

Ana was great! She was very kind and changed our room from one king to two queen beds. The breakfast was pretty nice compared to our previous hotel.
