Pros:

Great location, clean rooms, great staff. Not a traditional hotel, feels more personal.

Cons:

Some of the rooms are close to the entrance / lobby and the sound isolation is horrible. Hearing the receptionist type on a keyboard is NOT normal.

Very bad, had to check out after first night and went to a decent hotel.

Cons:

The room didn't have windows. In the Morning when the staff prepared the breakfast the smell was everywhere.

Pros:

The nicest boutique hotel in one of the main streets Barcelona, and surprisingly quiet though. Our windows were looking right at Casa Battló, so it was quite an experience. We were also impressed by the large choice of books in the hotels’ lounge. And the breakfast was delicious, too.

Cons:

That if we would not be lucky enough to get an awesome discount on our stay we probably would miss the opportunity to stay in this boutique hotel.

the room size is absolutely great, clean, home vibe, staff were really friendly

the entrance process is not useful and the room view is blocked by big board outside the hotel, price is a bit high per night
