Konumu muhteşem ötesi, Casa Batllo nun tam karşısı..Hatta kapıda tabela var, Gaudi orayı yaparken bu otelin bulunduğu bu binada konaklamış..Tesisin içindeki eşyalar, duvarlar ve odalar ferah ve iç açıcı olması ,modern ve şık dizaynı çok iyiydi..Aynı zamanda çok şık butik ve lüks markaların yer aldığı bir cadde..İkonik yerlerin, restoranların hepsine de yürüyerek gittik..Park Güell dışında hiçbir yere taksi kullanmak zorunda kalmadık..Personel çok güler yüzlüydü..Benim en sevdiğim spa ürünleri markası olan Aesop ürünlerini odada görünce havalara uçtum..Normalde odamızın camından bakınca Casa Batllo manzarasına uyanıyoruz aslında ama dış cephe tadilatı nedeniyle kısmen görebildik..yine de bunu telafi etmek için konaklamamıza kahvaltı eklediler..meyvesi bol bir kahvaltı, ispanya gibi bir gastronomik yerde biraz daha farklı seçenekler eklenebilir

Pros:

The location, centre in everything. Although our last day was the day of the Barcelona Marathon and streets are closed. We had a hard time getting to the airport, considering my husband is on a wheelchair with two luggages. It was a struggle, trying to figure out transport, taxi's cancelling. We ended up using Metro Train, and bus transfers from terminals but we take it as a part of the experience, we get there eventually after almost 2hrs, but the effort though..

Veronica from reception was really great too! Very friendly and tried her best to help us out during our stay.

Cons:

Well, when we get there we couldn't figure out where the hotel was because there was no signs, due to some building works covering the building, have to ring reception and meet us outside.

A bit hard for wheelchair users too to enter the building because of the heavy gates to enter. So if you're a single traveller on a wheelchair, not really recommended at all. Also, there is a tiny step at the entrance as well.

I also think the lightings in the room, they try to get the cozy vibe, a bit dim but we needed more lighting, that is just our preference. The lights in the toilet is great though.

Svært god atmosfære, delikat hotell. svært sentralt.
Betjeningen var utrolig hjelpsomme og hyggelige, veldig godt renhold.

Cons:

Det er ikke vinduer med utsikt; kun til en bitte liten bakgård- så rommet har ikke tilgang på dagslys.

Beautiful and invigorating to be in a stunning hotel.
Pros:

The design, common areas, all the attention to detail. The front of house was very warm and lovely to chat with. Was worried about the key drop off system but it was never an issue.

Cons:

Loved the Aesop body care in the showers but would have been nice to have body lotion as well as travellers seldom carry so many liquids.

Lovely hotel and staff but a lot of money for a room with no window
Pros:

Cons:

I hadn’t appreciated that the bedroom described as an internal room meant no window.
The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom
Was poor particularly given the complete lack of natural light.

Indicaciones erroneas, no era insonorizada como ponia por lo que mi pareja no pudo dormir en toda la noche por ruidos exteeiores e interiroes, el anuncio de booking ponia que el desayuno estaba incluido en todas las opciones y no fué asi, se habia de pagar 25€ por cada desayuno, ponia que habia snacks en la habitación y solo habia un par de bebidas, ponia que habia accesorios de uso personal de los cuales solo habia para 1 persona cuando eramos 2, ademas que el anuncio no ponia que el masaje o los baños publicos fueran de pago y al final resultaba ser 100€ por persona adicional.

Really great and easy stay.
Pros:

Beautful rooms, amazing staff, easy location to access. Great housekeeping and all around great vibe! Would def go back.

Cons:

Very touristy and busy area but most of Barcelona is like that. Hotel is on 2nd floor of an apt building so not the easiest access if you have limited mobility.

整个城市不错，就是住宿税太坑人了
Pros:

1. 预订的时候就感觉像是酒店式公寓，到了发现果然是的。酒店就在金拱门旁边，对面是巴特罗之家。进门要按铃，整体安全性很好。前台很热情的给我们介绍了整个酒店，也都按我们的要求提供了很好的服务。
2. 房间里所有东西都是免费的，包括迷你吧里的可乐，水和啤酒。

Cons:

1. 不知道是酒店外墙还是旁边的施华洛世奇门店在装修，隔音效果很差。
2. 早餐种类不多，但该有的基本上都有。
3. 巴塞罗那住宿要收城市税，我们住了两天一共收了22欧——这让我们对巴塞罗那的印象一下子跌到了谷底。

Pros:

Great location, clean rooms, great staff. Not a traditional hotel, feels more personal.

Cons:

Some of the rooms are close to the entrance / lobby and the sound isolation is horrible. Hearing the receptionist type on a keyboard is NOT normal.
