Vistas espectaculares.
Pros:

La ubicación, las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares. Apartamento pequeño pero suficiente para los ocupantes. El trato con Fernando todo correcto.

Cons:

Si hay que poner algún pero es en la limpieza, no es que estuviera sucio pero no estaba todo lo limpio que debería. Creo que permiten perros y la verdad es que pasamos la escoba y salían pelos. Y en la colcha de la cama también había.
Luego la cocina y el baño estaban bien.

Cons:

El apartamento de la calle Montalbán es un apartamento moderno pero deslucido por el paso del tiempo.
Y la cocina si quieres cocinar está dentro de un armario no muy cómoda aunque hace su papel.

Había muchisisimo polvo. En todos lados. Le faltaba limpieza en general. Y los utensilios de cocina tb sucios tuvimos que fregarlos antes de comer. Pero no había ni estropajo ni mistol. Así que tuvimos que comprarlo. Mejorable para el precio que cuesta

La ubicación es excelente estás en el centro todo lo tienes a unos pasos.
El apartamento en el que nos quedamos (el olmo) tiene dos cuartos de baños. Tiene ascensor para subir las plantas.

Tout est basé sur l'emplacement qui est très bien.

Cons:

Pour le reste l'appartement est très sombre, on a l'impression de vivre dans une cave. Il faisait très froid quand nous sommes arrivés. Les équipements ne sont pas prévu pour 10 personnes pas assez de vaisselle, un mini lave vaisselle, cafetière pour une personne... Tout est fait à l'économie : linge de salle de bain et lit très ancien et/ou déchiré, les houses de canapé, de coussin et fauteuil étaient très sales. Tout est vétuste. Le sol n'était pas propre, pas assez de papier toilette. Nous ne sommes que peu resté à l'appartement car pas agréable.
