Déception annonce non correspondante au logement reçu

Localisation idéale pour être proche des points à découvrir à noter que c’est une rue unique pour décharger les valises.
Communication réactive du propriétaire.

Cons:

Attention, annonce non correcte et pas assez explicite vraiment dommage! Le propriétaire possède plusieurs logements a différentes adresses. Quelques jours avant un mail de confirmation nous parvient avec une autre adresse que celle de l'annonce booking (sans photos) et nous n'avions pas fait attention. Finalement l'appartement attribué ne correspond a aucun de ceux présentés sur les diverses photos et descriptif de l'annnonce choisie au départ. Nous avons eu un logement d'une autre annonce. Celui ci était néanmoins bien localisé dans le centre. La clim et le radiateur du salon ne fonctionnaient pas malgré l'aide du propriétaire. Il possède un balcon avec une vue sur l'église mais nous avions réservé à la base un logement qui devait avoir une terrasse rooftop. La douche est assez étroite, pas d’eau chaude à l’évier, le sol pas très propre, le clic clac pas confortable et un coup de rafraîchissement de peinture sur les murs serait nécessaire.pour le prix payé le logement n’est pas vraiment dans les standards attendus…

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta. Enfrente de la Catedral, y a dos minutos de la parada del autobús del aeropuerto. Super centricol. Amplios ventanales y muy amplio.

Cons:

El apartamento de la planta baja en calle Frailes es muy ruidoso a pesar de ser interior. Se escuchaba todo tipo de ruidos, desde el que entra en el edificio, hasta cuando usan los baños de las viviendas superiores. La puerta del baño está hinchada y no se podía abrir o cerrar con normalidad y las toallas que ofrecían para 4 personas, eran 2 de ducha, 3 de lavabo y una para el suelo. Una de las llaves no funcionaba. Nos dijeron que las cambiarían pero no se produjo. El propietario la verdad que muy amable, pero las condiciones del apartamento no.

Maravillosa estancia
Pros:

La ubicación era maravillosa. Súper céntrica. El alojamiento precioso, una decoración excepcional y todos los enseres necesarios (secador, toallas, papel higiénico, gel, champú…). Además, Fernando fue encantador con nosotras, súper atento. Pudimos hacer la salida más tarde de las 11am. La cadena no funcionaba al principio y fue a comprar otra cisterna en cuanto se lo dijimos. No tengo ninguna queja, sin duda lo recomiendo al 100%. Calidad-precio perfecto!!
