A very comfortable stay in a stylish hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

I very much liked location of the hotel. It is near the metro and also in walking distance from the major attractions. Cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. Breakfast service is excellent. And overall, reception staff very helpful and friendly. I know where to stay in Milan next time.

Cons:

Although breakfast was great with a diverse options an Italian bread basket would have been a great addition.

We've stayed before, and are likely to come back to La Scala. They should have treated us better.
Pros:

I love the location and the staff. Internet good. Room very comfortable and quiet, but there weren't any bathrobes.

Cons:

We had to be out of our room (9-18h) one day due to a plumbing issue. I'm not sure when they knew about it. When we were informed, we weren't offered any compensation (or explanation) at all. Not good.

Excellent location and great, friendly hotel.
Pros:

Staff were above and beyond welcoming, helpful and professional. Very good breakfast. Very clean. Nicely laid out. Excellent central location.
