Me and my dog, Axel, loved our stay at Hotel Senato.
Pros:

The hotel is classic and elegant, with a beautiful layout. The room has everything you need. The bathroom products are wonderful. I never usually get to say this, but the signature fragrance of the hotel is also sensational.
I had my dog with me, and he gives Senato hotel 2 paws up.
The staff should get a mention as they were all very friendly and professional.
Delicious breakfast, and perfect location.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and kind, honestly couldn't do more for you! Rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean. Fantastic location, brilliant hotel!

Отвратительный отель, с жадными хозяевами.

Заплатили за 4 ночи. Приехали 23 декабря. На стойке нас поставили перед фактом: ресторан не работает до 6 января. Питайтесь как хотите. Супер. Мы 4е сутки в пути, с ребенком, из Киева, приехали на Рождество без ракет.

Дальше все интересней. Все по той же причине, что нам добираться 4 суток до дома, случился форс-мажор, и нам нужно уехать на сутки раньше. Просим возврат средств за ночь. ЗА НОЧЬ! Не за две, не за три, за одну. Объясняли, просили, просил букинг. Ответ: категорическое нет.

И все бы ничего, но этот отель заслуживает с трудом 2 звезды за 60 евро, а не 4 звезды за 480 евро сутки.
В номере плесень, грязь, рваные полотенца, местами в пятнах, волосы горничных в душевой, пыль на всех поверхностях. Под кроватью бутылки от прежних жильцов, и это уже три дня якобы убирают в номере. Теперь буду просить не возврат за форс-мажор, а компенсацию за вранье и моральный ущерб от срача. И еще раз: ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ ЕЛЕ ДОТЯГИВАЕТ ДО 2-3 звезд. Не 4!!!

Cons:

Poderia melhorar a acústica na porta do quarto, diminuindo o vão entre o piso e a porta.
