Would be great if improve the staff and facilities
Pros:

Rooms are spacious and ok in general. Electrical sockets are very inconveniently located though.
The hotel buildings are surrounded by a park that is big and probably used to be beautiful.

Cons:

The park is seriously run down - desperately needs renovation. The pool looks very dirty.
The reception staff is horrible - miscalculated the room price on the first day, tried charging us a wrong amount at the checkout, everything was extremely slow and rather unfriendly.

Eine Oase bei Iguazu
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Iguazu, aber das ist kein Problem, man muss das Hotel nicht verlassen. Es ist eine Oase, in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Mit Pool, Bar, Restaurant und Dschungelgelände hat man alles für einen Aufenthalt.
Nach dem Besuch der Wasserfälle mit dem entsprechenden Andrang an Touristen kann man sich hier wunderbar erholen.
Ich würde sofort immer hier unterkommen und es jedem empfehlen.
Man wird vom Flughafen abgeholt und der Transfer ist im Preis für das Zimmer enthalten.

Easy to visit Iguazu waterfalls, spacious room
Pros:

Great location to visit both sides of the Iguazu waterfalls. The hotel staff helped contacting a taxi (no Uber here), and we ended up using the same service for our entire stay. Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

The door of our room had a huge gap in the wood, didn't feel safe as the door seemed open and bug and noises would go thru. We were very disappointed with the overpriced laundry service! They charged more than 60k to regular wash a small bag of clothes, mostly kids clothes. I also didn't like the state of the Bioparco connected to the hotel, the paths are dangerous for walking and the animals are not in great conditions... The swimming pool is more of a puddle, can't really swim. There's a part of hotel under construction, it is covered by a net but it's quite visible and doesn't look great to walk around there.

Muy agradable
Pros:

Me gustó la amabilidad de todo el personall, el restaurante con muy ricos platos y a muy buen precio, habitación amplia y muy bien equipada y el bosquecito con el mariposario que tiene el hotel.

Cons:

En el caso de nuestra habitación el baño no tenía un cuadro de ducha sino solo media mampara y se mojaba todo cuando te bañabas.

Precioso hotel y calido personal, faltan mejorar limpieza y condiciones de la habitacion

El hotel es precioso, con un recorrido por su parque con mariposario , orquideario bellizimo.

Cons:

Por el precio que pague, no se porque me dieron la peor habitacion del hotel, todas las otras eran mas grandes, mejor ubicadas con balcon, como las que aparecian en las fotos, la mia era la mas alejada, se notaba que era un espacio adaptado, habia un sauna clausurado que daba a un mini patio cerrado adentro de mi habitacion. Muy encerrada. poca limpieza, mal ubicados los enchufes. tacho de basura roto con un clavo puesto para poder habrirlo, un peligro. la tv a 5 metros de la cama, imposible ver. El desayuno correcto pero faltaban algunas condiciones de frio en los fiambres y dela temperatura del agua y leche que no estaban calientes. Repito que es un hotel precioso, seria bueno que mejoren estas cosas, para que la experiencia sea mejor.
