Will always stay here when I come to Ames!
Pros:

Everything, staff was kind, place was clean.

Cons:

Only problem I had was there wasn’t a bar of soap for the shower and I had to ask for another bar of soap.

No smoke alarm in room!!
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Deadbolt did not latch, shower control was broken and the smoke alarm was not hooked up to the wall; the night clerk brought a smoke alarm to our room after we were in bed, but she was too short to hook it up!! We told her to leave it with us, and then an hour later the smoke alarm started beeping loudly, and we had to call the front desk to remove it from the room!! A sitcom storyline in the making, but sadly this all happened and it was a horrible experience for us road-weary travelers!
