Never booking Sleep Inn & Suites Ames w Negative Nancy as manager
Pros:

Sleep Inn and suites is one of thr worst horrible hotels that we've ever stayed at especially with Negative Nancy as their manager who can care less about their customers. Never booking again guaranteed!

A very comfortable stay with the best price.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable at a good price. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The clocks in the room were all different times. Not a big problem but a nuisance. The traction tape in the shower was half off and half on. Could cause a problem.’

If you want to be asked by several homeless people and drug addicts outside for money you will not be able to walk aroun
Pros:

The fact that this property is located directly across from the Capitol building is stunning it's amazing but you can't go outside in this area it's not safe

Cons:

The moment I walked outside I had homeless people and drug addicts approaching me asking me for money in the parking lot I should've really read the reviews before staying at this place I had a buddy of mine book another property and I left immediately and don't you dare trying to walk around downtown you'll be asked for money several times just taking a 10 minute walk.
