It was far from being my best night! Avoid, there are better hotels in Algiers.
Pros:

The room was big with balcony. Well located. The shuttle to/from the airport was good and ponctuel, drivers were very friendly.

Cons:

Access to the hotel was not easy with baggage due to cars blocking the entrance. It happened during my stay that the water was not available for couple of hours but the reception didn’t mention it on my arrival. The door did not open properly and had to go up and down with by baggage twice to get help. The corridors are lacking AC. Room floor not cleaned properly. Took my dinner in the hotel restaurant, food was average but good screwed up when paying the bill; was charged 4200DA tried to pay with 6000DA, the responsible claimed he doesn’t have exchanged, disappeared for a while then gave back 1000DA and said it is ok for the rest 🙂; bottom line pay attention .

Pros:

La proprete, le personnel tres gentil , hotel calme et tres bien entretenu,
La literie ete impecable et le lit confortable

Cons:

Juste peut etre la vue de la chambre mais c un petit petit detail sans importance

Staff treated me like a criminal
Pros:

The location and the breakfast were the best things about the hotel.

Cons:

I called ahead and they told me I would have no problems since my husband made the reservation. I arrived and they treated me as I was a criminal and had stolen someone's credit card to make a reservation. I was so insulted and humiliated and my mood was destroyed.

That ruined the experience for me since the reception was the first interaction I had at the hotel. I will NEVER stay there again. Horrible experience.

Algiers and the hotel were exceptional positive experiences.
Pros:

I liked the shuttle from the airport, the close proximity to public transport, the breakfast, and the friendly staff.

Cons:

Navette à l'heure , voiture confortable et climatisée, chauffeur très accueillant.
Acceuil chaleureux, fluidité et l'échange agréable du réceptionniste.
Le sourire du personnel, et l'efficacité.
Point fort l'emplacement.
Cet établissement mérite d'être encourager et qu'il soit mis en avant pour son rapport prix et qualité.
Bravo aux femmes de ménage qui sont disponibles tout le temps avec le sourire et leur amabilite.

Cons:

La propriété des chambres, climatisation au top l'espace , literie .
Frigo avec la chaleur de l'été un +++ et je rajoute les bouteilles d'eau disponibles sans les avoir réclamer, bouilloire, café, thé.
Salle de bain très propre et fonctionnelle, matériel surtout nous .
Un point fort le restaurant, on a apprécié le menu , acceuil sympathique, serveur très professionnel et souriant.
Menu varié, propreté des lieux.
Petit déjeuné compris dans le tarif , plutôt copieux et varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts, salé et sucré.

Près de la station du tram et métro pour les personnes non véhiculées. Voiture gardée sur le parking
