People were very friendly.

The location was excellant. It was very close to shopping but off the main road so we couldn't hear too much traffic. The bed was comfortable, the facility very clean, staff was friendly and super helpful and the facility was secure - key card required to operate the elevators. The shower was the best! The water pressure was decent, the hot water was actually hot, it was comfortable to walk into and the shower head gave the best massage. We will definately stay here again.
We’ve been here many times it’s the best Hilton garden inn ! Jordan at the front desk was amazing ! He treated us like family! All staff there are great but Jordan went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! Can’t thank him enough we will be back again for certain..great rooms and breakfast !

In town for a graduation / birthday party. Had an awful experience at different hotel. Walked over to Hilton Garden Inn (Crabtree Valley). Not only was I accommodated swiftly, I was treated so very nicely by the Front Desk staff. I have worked front desk at a hotel for many years (I do not any longer). It is my firm believe that customer service starts from the top. Any supervisor is only as good as their staff. I was hot, upset and angry. That is not how I was treated in return. I felt comfortable. Our room was very clean. We enjoyed a Hot breakfast before checking out. I'm just sorry I did not get to enjoy the pool or exercise room. Overall, 10 out of 10 for me and my family.
