Comfortable stay, and even better customer service
Pros:

I am frequently in Raleigh for business and leisure. Usually I am a Hyatt girlie, but lately I have been staying at a bunch of Hiltons for work. I've had a positive Hilton experience thus far, and therefore decided to try out the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/Crabtree Valley for my latest stay.

Check-in was seamless. Though I arrived early, my room was ready and accessible right away. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

The lobby area is well maintained, comfortable, and actually a bit more 'hip' than I expected. I really liked it.

Outside the gym, there is a filtered water dispenser which was lovely -- I was able to fill up my Stanley cup rather than buy water bottles elsewhere.

Location wise, you are perfectly located. Getting to the nearest main road (Glenwood) can be stressful due to traffic patterns, but you can always take the nearest/closest exit (440 E) and just make a uturn to get back to 440 W if that's where you need to go. Not a big deal and probably safer.

Parking was plentiful; there's also a dedicated parking area for diamond members which was greatly appreciated!

What sets this hotel apart is their customer service and hospitality. I had a really unfortunate experience during my last night with an insanely loud next door neighbor. They were up with their friends and crying babies until about 3:30 AM. Despite my calling the front desk, the guests simply did not stay quiet. It was terrible, terrible luck. I had a 7am flight to catch. A miserable morning indeed.

Upon checking out with the front desk and sharing my room number, they immediately and proactively apologized for my challenges. They explained they had tried to contact those guests -- and they did; I actually heard the phone ring in the other room around 2am, but the guests ignored it. The front desk agents were so kind, apologetic, and went above and beyond to make it right.

Even though I was so tired navigating the RDU airport following that terrible night, I still walked with a pep in my step because I was just so thankful to this hotel for making me feel seen, heard, and valued.

They have a guest in me for life; I will always stay at this Hilton when I am in Raleigh, and would highly encourage any guest to trust this hotel with their stay. They really prioritize providing excellent hospitality, and it is clear they felt bad for my experience dealing with noisy neighbots. Even though it was not their fault!

Thank you Hilton Garden Inn -- appreciate your hospitality and I will certainly be back. AND if you are staying here, please practice good guest etiquette!

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!
Pros:

I had another great stay at this property!
The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff—from the front desk to the housekeeping team—were all very nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both fast and easy.

Cons:

The only suggestion for improvement would be to update the mattresses, as the beds could have been more comfortable.
