Sehr sauber geführt und absolut auf internationalem Hilton Standard.
Lediglich Spa war entgegen der Webpage nicht geöffnet.

El precio, un poco caro. Por nuestra experiencia encontramos otros hoteles del mismo nivel pero con mucho menos precio, se paga el mas el nombre del hotel.

5 star hotel with a 3 star service
Pros:

Fantastic location, superb interior.

Cons:

The staff definitely needs more training on what services should look like in a 5-star hotel. To share a small incident, during my stay every time I ordered delivery food, I had to call concierge and follow up multiple times to ask if they could deliver it to my room. Front office staff came off cold and impatient. Though, housekeepers were overall extremely friendly and helpful.

I had a terrible experience checking time/ they couldn’t understand English and telling me you didn’t do the online reservation and no payment!!!
For on hour argument we got our key for room!! Tomorrow morning they told me sorry it was our mistake. Not professional staff

The best high-end hotel in Zhuzhou
Pros:

Zhuzhou is the hometown of my father so I have multiple trips been this city with my family. I must say Hilton hotel is one of the best high-end hotels in this city considering the downtown location as well as the river view. You can walk on the river side park and also find lots of delicious food in less than minutes. My mom loves the swimming pool in the hotel, very well maintained and clean.
