Room was spacious with a nice view. The complementary breakfast wss quite good with lots of options . Toilet was very clean and with all amenities .

The location was good, and it was easy to reach the city center and the beach.
The breakfast was enough.
I noticed that there are no slippers in the room. I believe they should be provided.
Also, there is no window to open or a balcony, so our towels and swimsuits can't dry.
The cleanliness of the room and the space. The sea view, the quality of the bathroom equipment, the breakfast, and the secure parking.
We’re aware that the secure parking is not under your control but there’s no signage to direct one to the hotel/hotels. There was someone experiencing difficulty every time we went to the pedestrian gate to enter. One person had charged his electric car but couldn’t remove the cable from his car. He had to leave his car there for three days until someone had sorted the problem.
Lovely staff and excellent value for money. Big comfortable beds, good aircon, good breakfast on the house - all the basics done really well. Let us check in earlier as well.
Carpets look quite grimy

We were given a disabled room. When we questioned the staff they said we had requested a disabled room but we definitely didn’t. I showed my booking confirmation to verify this.
