Pros:

Easy check in and out. Room was larger than average. Short walk to BIC and most restaurants/bars.

Cons:

The car park was very tight for large cars - ours is a Mondeo and it took some manoeuvring!

Excellent location to town but hilly for some people as the walk uphill can be tough.
Pros:

The pillows were very good. It would be nice to know where you purchased them from. Staff helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom is very good but during the night when you need the toilet you cannot find the sliding door as it is very dark. The door needs to be identified by some form of low lighting nearby to guide you their without disturbing your partner by switching on the lighting in the room

Pros:

The welcoming was great and the bed was ok and nice choice of breakfast

Cons:

Not much of a view the TV didn't work which wasn't to much of an issue not soundproof so you can hear shouting and banging during the night and one of the staff just took your cutlery during breakfast without even asking if you've finished or not and not very social.
