Breakfast was good
Hotel up on a hill,not great if you have mobility issues.
The location was reasonably convenient.
The room was uncomfortable and the facilities were very limited. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the window could not be opened, making it impossible to let in fresh air or ventilate the room naturally. The blankets also did not feel sufficiently clean or fresh. Overall, the standard was well below what I expected from a Hampton by Hilton, particularly considering the price.
Clean, comfortable & pleasant staff
Not happy with the climb from car park to hotel lobby. Hard going with luggage & elderly aunt.
The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and the helpful. Enjoyed the walks to the beach, convenient. Close to restaurants etc.
The room had a damp smell from the carpet when we arrived; had to keep our door open for a while.
I did not like the parking arrangement, having to walk out, up and down the stairs to the car and back; also parking spaces are small especially those next to the pillars.

All very good nice food and good staff
• Big spacious rooms, air con, USB charging, modern bathroom, convenient car park with EV charging
• staff a bit useless, didn’t seem to know much about the car park (was told I needed to vacate the car park by 3pm which wasn’t true, the parking charge seems to last 24hours from paying, so for me 7/8pm)
• breakfast a bit naff - the vegetarian sausages had an odd taste and look to them, is it really that difficult to use a good veggie brand?
I would stay again but I’m having second thoughts as I’m forced into paying for the breakfast as part of the room price. Should make breakfast optional add-on.
