Car parking under hotel was good secure with gates the hotel check in was easy lovely staff room good size very clean hair dryer ironing board if needed tea and coffee extra at reception if needed breakfast was nice hot or cold and you can make your own waffles check out was easy all in a good overnight stay

Very nice hotel, good in room facilities, convenient parking with EV chargers. Good value for money!
Pros:

Nice room, good size, tea & coffee making facilities a plus. Also good size bathroom with walk in shower. Novel idea about saving £5 to spend on snacks or bar, if you don't have the room cleaned on your stay, as we only stayed 2 nights we did that. There was a good fitness centre for guests and a fairly good choice for breakfast.
Parking facilities right below the hotel was really convenient, and being able to drop passengers and luggage at the drop off point near the entrance was really helpful. Also having a section of around 20 EV chargers was a welcome sight as an EV driver!

Cons:

The only small issue was the shower-head, I'd suggest changing it for one with a wider and better distribution of water.
Parking charges at £13.50 per night seemed a little high.

Bournemouth is one of my mum's favourite seaside resorts and she thoroughly enjoyed herself.
Pros:

The room, breakfast and staff were all lovely. I did not realise the hotel was located on a hill. This was not expected so my 93 year old mum had a bit more exercise than she wanted :) Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Location ok for me and my partner but not for elderly mum.

Overall, it was an excellent stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was very good. The only downside for me was the walk back to the hotel, as it is uphill and can be a little tiring. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel
