Great location,room, parking and breakfast!
Pros:

Great location, bright and clean rooms.

Cons:

Everything was great. Minor thing would be breakfast was a bit cold, if you left the serving bowel lids shut it would be better.

The stay was good the staff are very helpful and polite at all times.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better and it would be nice to have more options ie:fried eggs,poached eggs,mushroom e.t.c instead off only having packet scrambled egg which is not very nice as it tasted like rubber.

Without the above problems it would have been a very good stay
Pros:

The location and staff were excellent.

Cons:

The phone didn't work in one room. The hairdryer was broken in the same room. There were very noisy guests in the room between our 2 rooms. Due to the phone not working we had to ring externally from a mobil and a member of staff did you to the noisy room. Unfortunately they do keep slamming door. One room had an adjoining room and the other guests tried several times to open that door. A guest from another room was trying to stream on the TV for Bollywood music. We all had a very disturbed sleep.

It was ok but I’d expect more for the price. Not as good as its main rivals
Pros:

Location and staff were excellent.

Cons:

Rooms very small. Breakfast wasn’t great, no choice of eggs and no mushrooms. Bacon was all over cooked for my liking. Water for making tea wasn’t anywhere near boiling.

Perfect for our particular needs.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and well equipped.
The breastfast was very substantial. Maybe have the breakfast plates warm for guests?
The location was ideal for the BIC and the sea front.

Cons:

Wish we could have stayed longer!
