Pros:

It was very clean and smelled lovely. The room was a great size, lovely and comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom door doubling up as the wardrobe door. One had to always be open.

Pros:

I liked the rooms it was very comfy nice large single beds . Free wifi and had what was expected. Nice location near the shops and beach. We requested some more coffee and sugar via the telephone and service was friendly and prompt. The car park felt secure n was easy to use. Car parking is Good value for money and so was the hotel stay. Like that breakfast was included in the price.

Cons:

Me and mum dont eat pork so was disappointed to see that vegatarian sausages were not available at breakfast. Checkin in was a little slower than expected . had to go from one building to another because i was in the wrong building .Receptionist said there is two buildings which I wasnt aware of before arriving. However she did direct me where to go and was only a short walk uphill. The location was fine for myself however mum struggled getting to it with her dodgy knees as its quite a steep walk uphill aswell as many steps.

Location, very central. Easy to access promenade, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The hill to the hotel, if walking, is steep.
The bed mattress was firm. Plenty of fluffy towels and well maintained room.

Great hotel at a great price
Pros:

Hotel felt very fresh and clean as if it had not long been open. Location was brilliant especially as we were seeing a show at BIC. Breakfast had loads of choice all really tasty. Staff were friendly and efficient and the price was excellent value for money.

Cons:

Difficult to find things to criticise but our bathroom fan didn't work. Car parking was safe, secure and right next to the hotel, £15 for one night felt a little steep.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Comfortable bed and everything we needed was provided.

Cons:

Large crack in washbasin.
The breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety. However everything was just warm not hot.
