Our room was spotless. The original brick wall and ceiling beams make it unique
The casino floor was busy, making it more fun. Cocktail service was good. I saw a few hand pays and had a few wins making it more fun
I requested a late checkout about 10:00 am and was given an extra hour at no charge.
Fun place. We will come again

The only reason I gave it a 3 is because of Joey who was at the front desk the morning we left: and the staff in the Fuel restaurant the night we arrived. They are Rock Stars. Chloe in the Rock Shop gave me a discount for being Unity. Even though they don't do Unity, which i didn't realize when we booked. Otherwise, it would be a 1 ugh ~. The staff when we arrived, the guy at the desk, not welcoming. And the girl at the front desk the Night of November 28th was RUDE. I called down about Unity and she had no clue, nor did she care. I thought I wrote her name, but hopefully there was only one female. She needs major training on Unity members and those supporting the brand. It was snowing, which I'm sure they are used to, but everyone was leaving early. The Main Abbey restaurant had just closed, an hour early. The manager didn't care that we had driven 8.5 hours from Colorado, that we were hungry or that I was Unity. I've been supporting the Brand since the Cafe's opened early 80's. I've been to 105 Worldwide: Cafes and Hotels. This was 105 for me. Nobody there could care less: except Joey at the front desk the next morning. Thank goodness the Fuel staff didn't leave early. They were welcoming and the food was good. We certainly did not want to get back out in the snow. The Rock Shop had closed early too, so we had to wait the next morning until they opened at 11:00, which put us behind our schedule. I collect the pins and have about approx. 400 of them, amongst other various items. I was carrying my backpack from Tokyo Ueno from being there in May and was wearing my Hard Rock scarf from NY last year. Your staff needs to be taught about Unity members and long-term supporters of the Brand. Not the casinos, but the Brand from the beginning. This Hard Rock needs some major training, retraining, whatever, but again, if not for Joey at the front desk the next morning, and the girls at the Fuel restaurant. It would have been a big ZERO ~

Was playing $1 slot machine three blue sevens showed up should of paid $200 dollars but only paid out $40 called a slot tech over and didn’t know how slot machine worked so she called her manager over and he ended up telling me it that one of the sevens was a different color when it clearly blue like the other two all they could tell me was the reel’s were faded, maybe they should fix there reels so this doesn’t happen again with someone else. I will never step foot in this casino again after this experience and for the slot techs that work there maybe they should give them some training. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

The building that houses the hotel and casino is an old structure that is utilized in this way! Well thought out and fun! However, everything else is the blah typical Hard Rock! I did not stay at the hotel, I only visited the casino! Once again I was disappointed as there was only 1 roulette table and it was shut down! Basic at best.

The room was beautiful but the bed sank in alot, not the most comfortable but great location as I was going to a concert at the arena nearby that was within walking distance. The food at main and abby was amazing.

Everything about the room was great clean updated bed was comfy Pillows were the worst if you like hard then you'll like them . Otherwise we give it a 10

Hotel was well maintained and clean

Had a great time. Parking was close and the hotel is easy to access from the freeway. Even though it is not “all inclusive” it is great to have dining and bar service all under one roof. The free beverage at checkin was pretty nice too! Loved our room on the 4th floor with the high ceiling. Great time!

Staff was great! Messaged after we got to our room to see how it was. Fixed things immediately that we requested. Amazing staff! Loved the vibe of the place.

Disgusting smell through hallways and our room - sensitive to smells and had migraine and got severely bad for our trip that I got sick and threw up! Loud humming fb motor noise coming from ceiling or next door! Beer can on the ceiling empty - so room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned!!! Unbelievable that I now have to travel sick and with migraines!! They said to contact you for full refund that they would but I booked through you! Which I probably won’t do again
