Raya escapade
Pros:

The location is just next to Lagoi Bay, eatery places and shops. The facilities are clean, well-maintained. The rooms are huge and very well-kept.

Decent location hotel with comfy and spacious rooms but with quite a few things with room to improve
Pros:

The rooms are fine, quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. Good shower.
Staff at the reception is friendly and trying to help.

Cons:

TV channels are quite poor, hardly any international channel, most of them local channels.
Breakfast is rather poor although they try to have a decent spread and the staff is friendly, but the quality of what is served is not that great and the range of choices limited.
The kids club and the entertainment rooms could be improved, there is no staff managing or supervising them.
The hotel doesn't offer any activities other than renting some old bicycles for 70k/hour. They should develop some partnership with the water sports companies operating in the lake and the beach, offer special prices, etc. Disappointing the lack of initiative to keep us busy or entertained.

Pros:

Staff are friendly. I know they are trying their best.

Cons:

It was hot in my room even when the aircon was set at 17 degrees. My room was 2 floors under the rooftop bar and I could hear music at night (but it didn't last too long thankfully). The gym was tiny, old and exercise bench was broken. Aircon remote inside the gym wasn't working too. Overall it was quite disappointing.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer haben eine gute Größe. Zu unserer Zeit waren wir fast allein. Der Pool ist fantastisch

Cons:

Badmöbel total aufgequollen, ist wohl schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bei Anwesenheit, was doch schon sehr zum Aufheizen der Zimmer führt

Pros:

The room was quite big, and the beds were quite comfy. Moreover, the staff could accommodate to our timings for the shuttle services. I also really liked the breakfast - very worth it to stay here. The distance of the hotel is also really good and close to plaza lagoi and the beach. It has been a lovely stay here. Was also really satisfied because we requested for a bucket of ice for our drinks, and the hotel staff gave it to us complimentary even though it was quite late at night.

Cons:

I do think that the pool was a bit small, but that's okay because we weren't really there to swim. The gym was quite small too. Also, the entertainment room was not really operating when we were there.

The hotel is a dream destination to relax and enjoy in the tranquility and near the beach.

The location and the restaurant on the 7th floor and a very good spread of items during the breakfast.
