Gern wieder, denn zu diesem Preis und der Lage einfach top

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer haben eine gute Größe. Zu unserer Zeit waren wir fast allein. Der Pool ist fantastisch

Cons:

Badmöbel total aufgequollen, ist wohl schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bei Anwesenheit, was doch schon sehr zum Aufheizen der Zimmer führt

Pros:

The room was quite big, and the beds were quite comfy. Moreover, the staff could accommodate to our timings for the shuttle services. I also really liked the breakfast - very worth it to stay here. The distance of the hotel is also really good and close to plaza lagoi and the beach. It has been a lovely stay here. Was also really satisfied because we requested for a bucket of ice for our drinks, and the hotel staff gave it to us complimentary even though it was quite late at night.

Cons:

I do think that the pool was a bit small, but that's okay because we weren't really there to swim. The gym was quite small too. Also, the entertainment room was not really operating when we were there.

The hotel is a dream destination to relax and enjoy in the tranquility and near the beach.

The location and the restaurant on the 7th floor and a very good spread of items during the breakfast.

Relaxing sojourn at affordable prices. Great service.
Pros:

Within an hour of booking my stay, I was contacted by the hotel's staff asking if I needed free shuttle transport from the ferry terminal. Turns out they provide free shuttle to and from and terminal. All the staff were unfailingly polite and cheerful. The bed was comfortable and the room large. The onsite spa was good value too.

Cons:

The rowdy tour group at breakfast on the second day of our stay. The hotel should have set aside a designated dining area for groups so they wouldn't disturb other guests too much. Breakfast itself could be better.

Pillows were a little dusty, but housekeeping was quick to change the sheets after we called.

Food options are very limited. The menu is good but the flavour is only average. Need more local indonesian dishes. Spring rolls were dripping in oil. Pastas were decent. Chicken satay was great.
