Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit unseren Kinden. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und noch mehr.
Pros:

Perfekt für Familien. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Prersonal. Vile kleine Goodies fur die Gäste. Hallenbad ist top.

Cons:

Ist etwas ab vom Schuss (nicht nur negativ).
Busverbindung ist gut, Busse am Abend wären praktisch.

Pros:

Sehr sauberes und angenehmes Hotel. Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer wurden gründlich gereinigt. Schöner SPA-Bereich. Wir haben uns schnell wohl gefühlt. Ob alleine, als Familie oder Paare, dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Kissen waren uns zu weich (kleine Füllmenge). Ansonsten alles perfekt!

Great place!
Pros:

Everything. It’s a very nice place in a beautiful location. The hotel itself is lovely, the room was a great size, and the spa was really nice. We also loved the kids’ playroom — such a great touch for families with little ones. Overall, it offers excellent value for families and we felt very comfortable during our stay.

Cons:

Honestly, everything was great. We were aware that the hotel is a bit further from the centre, but the only small downside was walking back in the evening — the GPS directs you along the main road, which isn’t very pleasant when dark. During the day it’s absolutely fine, and this was just a very minor point. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great hotel in Engelberg. Summer and winter.
Pros:

Very organized. Reception staff go above and beyond to help.
The spa and pool area is larger than average, very clean, and open for long hours. This was very important to us after a workout day in the mountains.

Great additional lounges for relaxing with friends.
Great play room if you are traveling with small children.

Cons:

Breakfast was fresh but quite basic and a bit boring.
The ski equipment changing room lacks seating benches.

The restaurant across the street kept us waiting over an hour for our order - they explained the reason, but that long a wait is unacceptable.
