Parfait hôtel à Grenoble
Pros:

Une superbe vue de la montagne, personnel adorable et drôle, très propre, la salle de bain avec la lumière du jour, petit déjeuner délicieux et bien fourni.

Very helpful and considerate

Breakfast didn’t live up to the hotel’s reputation.
There were few, if any, fresh items: apart from the bread, in my opinion!
Everything else was mass-produced and reheated on the premises
(scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit salad…)
The scrambled eggs had absolutely no flavour – they were almost sickening!
A rather limited selection
It’s a real shame
This is a major area for improvement, as guests are willing to pay a fair price, but the food needs to be of good quality

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AND CITY
Pros:

It was temporary shelter from the beggars everywhere on the streets and the heat outside.

Cons:

I wish I never stayed here. I was here one night and I didn't like anything about the hotel or the city. I was hoping to find a place to stay and explore for a few days but after a few hours I wanted to leave. The hotel is historic but it's dated decor and archaic plumbing and wifi can't keep up with modern day needs. The wifi didn't work consistently. Digital nomads stay away! The area and the city felt dangerous, depressing and crime ridden. It is filthy and there is graifiti everywhere. Sadly even on ancient historic buildings. As a man I would not feel comfortable walking the streets at night. Women on their own should steer clear of this city. It is in disrepair and clearly the Mairie doesn't care. It was a once beautiful city but now it is a city that needs help.
