Overall it was ok.
Pros:

It was very clean, room was regularly cleaned . However what I loved the most was the location, it is right at the middle of the city with everything close to you. You could have a sit down in the bar/cafe right opposite the hotel or go to the park right around the corner

Cons:

The AC didn’t work properly, but I did report it but nothing was done about it. However I could open the window so the room was cool @ night

On entend bien le tramway qui passe devant l’hôtel
Le parking est difficile d’accès, mais c’est un parking public qui ne dépend pas de l’hôtel.
La décoration des chambres est minimale

Un grazie particolare alla signorina della reception..mi ha dato informazioni sul parking convenzionato: 18 euro anziché 34 al giorno; ci ha prenotato cena in un eccellente ristorante di specialità regionali ad un prezzo accettabile e il giorno della partenza ha fornito indicazioni per una pasticceria:: cioccolatini eccellenti. Colazione nella norma : non con molte offerte, ma con una sorpresa. Di solito il piatto dei formaggi è sconfortante, quando non grida vendetta agli occhi del signore; qui c'era un conté di alpeggio di una bontà sublime.

Such a cute perfect hotel
Pros:

The position of the hotel is great - in the city center close to everything in a few steps. What I loved the most tho was the staff - they were super sweet. I never used this word for hotel staff but everyone here was super nice and friendly and really caring. It made the difference for me.

Cons:

Nothing everything was perfect for the price I paid :)

Anblick von Balkon, Zimmergröße, 2 Haartrockner, Dusche Super! Personal freundlich und witzig. Bett bequem. Im Zentrum, alles nah.

Cons:

Auf Toilette ab 180cm kann man nur schräg sitzen.
