Fantastic!!
Pros:

Love the location, convenient to many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store. Especially love the view right along the Singapore River walk!

Don’t stay here!
Pros:

The staff were quick to move us to a different building with one of their partner hotels, with a complimentary transfer - but we had to pay a $2000 AUD gap. It was worth it for our sanity - but a huge unexpected cost

Cons:

DO NOT STAY HERE until the work is finished in July 2028. The noise is horrendous and apparently goes 7am-6pm according to a guest who had been there for a week. You can’t have a relaxing swim as the pool has the worst noise. Also the furniture and facilities are a lot more dated than the photos show. Avoid.

We were transferred to Adina serviced apartments at Orchard Road - really nice property - but again, not a cost we were expecting and made the whole time in Singapore very expensive.

Construction noise 7am -10pm
Pros:

We really enjoyed the pool area, which was well maintained and provided a great space to cool down after a long day in the heat. The complimentary biscuits and sweets available at reception were a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job, keeping our room clean, tidy, and well serviced throughout our stay. These thoughtful details contributed positively to our overall experience.

Cons:

We were advised that some construction work would be taking place; however, we were not informed about the extent of the disruption during our stay. Construction began at 7:00 a.m. each day and continued until 10:00 p.m., with constant noise throughout. Had I been aware of the scale and duration of the construction, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Amazing stay! Perfect location and would absolutely book again if I return :)

Amazing location! so many places to eat nearby and plenty of convenience stores

Cons:

Mattresses in my room were very hard and uncomfortable, nothing that ruined the stay - I just prefer a softer mattress.

Great location, very central. Great views of the river. Staff were very helpful and respectful.

I like the location (not crowded, is nice for a morning or night run and the view by balcony or window is nice) the furnitures, available appliances and kitchen supplies, the space (just right for a big family), the cleanliness of the amenities which is also well-maintained (we enjoyed the jacuzzi most especially) and the beds and sofa (clean and comfy). The staff are also accommodating, granting our requests.

Cons:

The shower enclosure or the shower fixture can be improved to avoid the water leaking beyond the shower enclosure. It is also better if the toilet in the master bedroom has bidet spray. Lastly, the AC in the master bedroom and living room may need to be cleaned or maintained as water was seen dripping on the last day of our stay.

Very nice apartment for a family
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and made us feel very much at home. The location was amazing. Plenty of eating options and good public transport. Right on the river and saw otters.

Cons:

Nothing they could do about it but we had major construction site behind the apartment so very noisy from 8am to 6pm. Had to swim at midday when workers stopped for lunch and at night.

Great residence hotel very close to Chinatown.
Pros:

The staff are excellent. Very helpful and professional and available 24 hours. The accommodations were excellent. There are restaurants nearby. The Maguro Samurai restaurant within a few steps of the hotel is amazing. Walked to Chinatown and there are convenience stores nearby, too. Close to metro station and bus stations. The staff will order you a taxi and it shows up in a couple of minutes.

Cons:

There was construction going on but the noise wasn't too bad and it was confined to daytime hours when I was out exploring anyway.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and the rooms and linen were clean. Also the rooms were spacious enough for a family. In a good area with lots around.

Cons:

Some furniture/fittings may be a little outdated but this did not affect our stay.

Das Apartment war toll - viel Platz, hell, mit Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, Waschmaschine und Trockner!
Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super nett
Der Spielplatz war super für unsere Kinder

Cons:

Leider ist gerade eine sehr große Baustelle nebenan, die sehr laut ist. Beim schlafen hat es uns kaum gestört, aber untertags war der Pegel zu hoch. Ehrlicherweise hätte uns das im Vorhinein kommuniziert werden müssen, und ein Discount angeboten werden.
