Check in & out was very easy. The residence was spacious and had all the mod cons we needed. The residence was very well located on the corner of Orchard Road & Scott’s Road the heart of the shopping district. It is also located within walking distance of Orchard MRT.

We loved the location, The room was a good size however was very tired looking and the beds incredibly hard. The pool area was fantastic. A freshen up of the rooms and beds would make our review better. Would come back.

Location of this property is amazing, so close to Orchard Rd and all it has to offer. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, but where upgraded to a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Loads of space for all the family, kitchen and dining facilities meant we could have our own breakfasts.

Abit run down but it was suffice fpr what we needed for our family. Staff vedy friendly

Old hotel but the photos look very new. Apartments need to renovated.

Close to everything: train station, supermarket, shopping centres and down stair of property got food court.

The 3 bedroom family apartment is very spacious and includes two bathrooms and a kitchen which was great. It's location is excellent with 5 levels of shops below, including a variety of cheap places to eat, a 711 store, KFC, Dunkin Donuts. There is a also supermarket close-by and Orchard Rd and the ION Centre are less than a 5 minute walk away. Staff were friendly and most helpful. On the not so good side, the hotel decor is a little dated. The kitchen bench had many ants every day. We were unable to cook properly in the kitchen as there was no fry pan or wok, just pots suitable for boiling things. Overall we felt the hotel was value for money.

Excellent location and value. The building is definitely dated and a bit tired (especially bathrooms) but honestly it cannot be beat in terms of value for money due to it’s location & space. We have a toddler and the playground, pool, living space, and having laundry & cooking facilities were fantastic for our week in Singapore.

Easy access to the local shopping and food of Orchard Rd, and also easy access to all the public transport to everywhere else in Singapore.

The location is excellent, everything is walking distance, shopping, mrt, restaurants and having a mall connected to the property made it easier to grab a bite even with bad weather. You do not need to go out of the building.

The building is older but very clean. Susana was outstanding and provided tips on where to go. Awesome service. The only thing is there is no exhaust in the bathroom although there is a window that is slightly opened.

Location of the property and its amenities were perfect for our young family. Management were very friendly and accommodating for us.

There was nothing to dislike everything was at its best.

Great location. Right in the heart of orchard road with plenty of bars restaurants shopping malls and train station within walking distance. Housekeeping limited (three times a week only. Friendly staff.

An older building but very well maintained. There were some issues initially (door wouldn’t lock, leak in the toilet), most likely due to the age of the building but they were quickly addressed by the excellent staff.

Location to Orchard Road is fantastic with plenty of food options near by. Hotel itself is a little dated and difficult to find the entrance. Some rooms could do with updating
