Pros:

Qualche incomprensione ma risolto tutto in modo impeccabile dalla direzione. Stanza perfetta e ristorante degno di un 5stelle menu alla carta con ampia scelta e possibilità di usufruire contemporaneamente del buffet. Personale eccezionale i miei ragazzi hanno fatto richieste fuori menu e ampiamente soddisfatti non si può chiedere di meglio. Accettati i nostri amici a 4 zampe .. torneremo per giocare una partita a padel in alta quota ..

The staff were all amazing. The hotel is right next to the ski lifts. We had a suite and it was amazing. The food was fair; we we're expecting much better food for $100 per night. The steam room was cold.

Smart hotel, nice room with floor to ceiling windows and great views.

Room didn't get serviced, and the wifi basically didn't work. I wish they would have been upfront about it as i wasted an hour trying to get online, eventually i said 'is the internet rubbish and they said - yes'. this should be an easy fix, and a hotel of this standard should be able to get this sorted i days, not really acceptable these days.

Spa and hot tub freezing cold, busy, avoid.

Breakfast was good.

I would stay at the hotel again if need be, and would take at face value that is what it is.
