Nice place, but could use a little more attention
Pros:

The hotel is a 15min walk away from city center, safe and clean area, right next to a big park and football stadium.
Clean bathroom
Very comfortable bed
Good, fresh and diverse breakfast selection to choose from. Coffee was good

Cons:

I found an old sandwich in the minibar, beginning to rot. Only removed by cleaning personnel when I mentioned it to the receptionist. No "we're sorry", no complementary nothing.
The couch could only be used when packed. When unfolded, it is very squeaky and uncomfortable, basically unusable as a second bed.
The only smart TV was in the living room (the one in the bedroom wasn't smart), but couldn't connect it to the Wi-Fi of the hotel. The network itself was fine, I used it just fine on my smartphone
Vacuuming could have been better
Balcony door handle a little loose, but still functioning
Balcony with no roof or cover, you are exposed to the elements. Also, it's common with the other room, no separation wall between rooms. Basically, you could walk to your neighbor's room no problem.
Breakfast offered only low quality fruit-flavored drink, not actual orange or raspberry juice.
Small own parking area. You can, however, find decent parking along the street, free of charge, but subject to availability.

Hotel Parc
Pros:

Locație bună, chiar lângă stadion și parcul Arini.
Mic dejun bun, cu tot ce trebuie, restaurant curat.
Camera conform celor 3 stele.
Personal amabil.

Cons:

Nu prea ai unde să parchezi mașina.
În fața hotelului sunt puține locuri de parcare, iar în rest pe stradă, la liber ( dacă găsești loc ), sau la stadion, cu plată.
