A very nice hotel in central Jerusalem.
Pros:

The swimming pool!

Cons:

The hotel is in a pedestrian zone and it is a little difficult to tell cabs where to drop or wait - there are two spots that are not too far, but with heavy luggage it may be inconvenient - perhaps the management can do something about this? Having the swimming pool and gymn open earlier in the morning and in the evening would really be helpful for busy travelers.

Pros:

The hotel's location and breakfast is absolutely amazing! At first we had an issue with the matress in our room, but it was taken care of and we were moved to another room. This was our second stay here and we will definitely return again.

צוות אדיב, מאד נקי, מיקום מצויין, אבל ממש לא שווה את המחיר הגבוה

המיקום מצויין הצוות ממש נחמד יש אחלה שירות

שילמנו המון כסף וקבלנו חדר ממש ממש קטן, אפילו ספה קטנה לשבת לשתות משהו, לא היה, רק מיטה, למחיר ששולם זה ממש לא מתאים, גם מראת הגוף שבחדר מוסתר על ידי הריהוט בחדר ככה שאי אפשר ממש להשתמש בה, הלובי קטן והתמלא מהר אז גם שם לא היה מקום לשבת.
בנוסף המים החמים נגמרו באמצע המקלחת, וארוחת הצהריים בשבת ששלמנו עליה 360 לזוג היתה השאריות משישי בערב עם מבחר מצומצם מאד .

הגענו ביום שישי ,כבר בצהרים קיבלתי טלפון מהמלון בו הודיעו שהחדר מוכן וניתן להגיע -זה היה ממש נחמד ואדיב,השירות בקבלה היה אדיב מאוד ומס!ביר פנים
