הכל היה ממש אחלה
נהנינו מארוחת הבוקר, מהמבחר, המגוון והטריות.
השירות היה אדיב, החדר היה נקי מסודר וממש יפה , מה שביקשנו נענו בחיוב
הכניסה לחניה ממש קשה, תמיד יש פקק ארוך, במיוחד ביום שישי, ההמתנה להיכנס לחניון ממש ארוכה

Managerial staff. They never responded to me x2 when I was told that they would. It’s the 4th time to the hotel and that’s very disappointing

הגענו מאוחר בלילה בגלל תקלה במקום אחר. קיבלנו יחס נעים מאד בדקו לנו קודם את החדר ואז הגענו לחדר מרווח ונקי. ארוחת הבוקר היתה טעימה עם נוף תצפית מקסימה. שמרו לנו על התיקים בזמן שיצאנו לטייל בעיר. היחס היה לבבי ומשמח.

I came here last year with my husband and we truly enjoyed the hotel, location and staff. That is why I booked here again for a meeting.
So disappointing from last year. Rude staff, so un helpful, just a bad vibe so I won’t be back.
Think twice about staying at Herbert Samuel’s!! 10 days ago my brother booked booked us and his whole family 6 rooms at the Herbert Samuel’s for a family function! His son turned on the aircon and it blew out black dust that covered his whole bed as well as all his clothes in an open suitcase!! They then moved him to a second room where the TV was boken and the remote control was basically broken in 2 and help together with old stick disgusting tape!!..the shower door did not even close resulting in water ALL over the floor like a flood! Not too mention the windows that didn’t close! They then moved him to a third room! All in ONE night. They offered my brother a ILS 600 refund after booking 6 rooms for 2 nights! If you want your trip ruined then go ahead book at Herbert Samuel’s! Disgusting service, zero empathy and ZERO CHANCE OF A RETURN TRIP!!
