Breakfast was outstanding. We were within walking distance of everywhere that we wanted to go.
Location of WC on the lobby floor when we arrived after a long drive. Except for the facilities for the physically challenged, they were not clearly marked and were not conveniently located. Then again, that's Jerusalem.

העובדים גרועים לגמרי התקשרו אליי עוד יום לפני ההגעה לאחר שאישרתי פעם אחת התקשרו עוד 6 פעמים לוודאות הגעה זה היה נורא מטריד לאחר הגעה גם היו מתקשרים לחדר כל שנייה ודופקים בדלת וכבר זה היה שקוף שזה בקטע של להתחיל ולנסות לצחקק הודעתי שאני נשואה והמשיכו לפלרטט ולדבר עליי בערבית (כי חשבו שאני לא מבינה) זה לא היה חופשה זה היה הטרדה אחת גדולה בנוסף לכל בגלל שהוספתי את הבת שלי לחדר ושילמתי את התוספת בתחילת החופשה ביקשו בסוף החופשה תשלום של עוד חדר על ילדה בת 3 שבאותו רגע השומר מציג את עצמו כמנהל המלון

Sehr freundliches Rezeptionspersonal, nette Kellner und Köche.
Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet. Beim Reinigungspersonal ist uns Mayson besonders gut aufgefallen. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Der Luftschutzkeller war gut eingerichtet, bot Sitztplätze an. Das Alarmsystem funktionierte ausgezeichnet - auch von Seite des Homefront command.
Man bekam ein Lehrstück in Sachen Resilience. Das Personal hatte die Situation jederzeit unter Kontrolle (keine Paniksituationen)

ארוחת בוקר היתה בינונית ביחס לבתי מלון. היה מבחר מאוד מצומצם של סלטים, לא היה לחם מקמח מלא. היתה אזעקה ולאחריה כבר פינו הכל ולא היתה הזדמנות לסיים את ארוחת הבוקר.
L hotel est super bien situé. Le personnel est adorable. La chambre est superbe. La douche immense.En periode d'azaka l'hotel a ete tres prevenant.

Very convenient location the lite rail was just a few steps away and everything else in walking distance
דבר אחד לשיפור . האוכל בארוחת ערב לא היה הרבה הצעה לארוחת ערב . הירקות לא היו מספיק טריים.

Un hôtel parfait
The swimming pool!
The hotel is in a pedestrian zone and it is a little difficult to tell cabs where to drop or wait - there are two spots that are not too far, but with heavy luggage it may be inconvenient - perhaps the management can do something about this? Having the swimming pool and gymn open earlier in the morning and in the evening would really be helpful for busy travelers.
