Happy with our stay
Pros:

Check in was a bit of a hassle as I tried to do it on line before arrival, with my virtual credit card. It didn’t work so I had to forgo my credit card rewards points for my hotel stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The day after check out I called to report an item left in the room. I feared that I wouldn’t get it back. They found it and I was thrilled ! Kudos to the security staff! The restaurant is nice and the food was good and plentiful. The room was just ok , could have been cleaner. The swimming pool is only indoor and it is too small but ok. In summary I recommend this hotel for a short stay. The location is ideal !

הצוות היה מאוד אדיב והשתדלתי כמיטב יכולתו לסייע בכל בעיה בחום אנושי ואכפתיות. לא הצלחתי לפתוח את הדלת בשל עינית שלא זיהיתי לקליטת הכרטיס הפותח. בחור מהלובי עלה איתי למעלה הראה לי והסביר לי על המזגן וכל מה שהייתי צריכה .
כמע כי חזרתי בגשם ואיש אחר מהלובי דיבר במיוחד עם נהג המונית שיתקרב ככל יכולתו למלון.
בהחלט אכפתיות וסבלנות רבה
ארוחת בוקר מעולה בקומה גבוהה עם נוף יפה של ירושליים.
הספא נעים ומעוצב יפה מקום מרגיע והיחס גח שם אדיב. כולל פינת תה צמחים נעימה ומרגיעה

Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding. We were within walking distance of everywhere that we wanted to go.

Cons:

Location of WC on the lobby floor when we arrived after a long drive. Except for the facilities for the physically challenged, they were not clearly marked and were not conveniently located. Then again, that's Jerusalem.
