A nightmare, avoid this hotel
Pros:

It was the worst choice we could have made; we arrived at 10 pm after driving from Buenos Aires, and they gave us a room where the air conditioning didn't work.We asked for a room change and the receptionist and managers ignored our request. We wasted an hour and a half until we realized they weren't very helpful. We left at 11:30 pm.It was difficult to find another available hotel at that time and during peak season in Puerto Iguazú. I absolutely do not recommend it. Fortunately, we were able to get our money back with the support of Booking.

Cons:

Lack of professionalism among reception and management staff; the hallways leading to the rooms are very dark and dangerous. (considering it's located in a jungle environment), the room looked very old and the bathtub wasn't very clean.

Pros:

The location is good, good value for money, is kept clean, nice garden and surrounding. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

They spray inside the room with insecticide every day, and leaves a very unpleasant smell.
My wooden comb mysteriously dissappeared after the cleaning staff came. Advice you to use the locker.

Pros:

Lindo hotel en entorno natural. Nos encantó como todo está integrado alrededor del espacio verde. La habitación era amplia y con su balcón a la selva. Nos sentimos muy bien recibidos por todo el personal.

Pros:

La tranquilidad del lugar, el contacto con la selva, la sombra. Los días que estuvimos alojadas hizo muchísimo calor, pero no sé sentía en el hotel por estar rodeadas de verde. Fue una experiencia única

Cons:

No había muchas opciones saludables en el desayuno, sobre todo cuando había solicitado menú para diabéticos

Cozy Vibes in the Rainforest
Pros:

My biggest regret with this hotel is that we didn’t get to stay here longer! The location is so unique–tucked in the middle of the jungle with walkways connecting bungalow-type rooms.

Cons:

With a delayed flight, we wish we could have enjoyed the hotel more as our stay was short. Would have enjoyed the pool if it was open later.

Quarto muito amplo, camas confortáveis, banheiro e banheira muito gostosos. Café da manhã razoável. O lugar tem vistas maravilhosas, desde dentro do quarto. Super relaxante. Gostaria de ter tido mais dias para ficar lá, um oasis.

Os travesseiros poderia ser melhores e as luzes poderiam ser amarelas (3000K).

La atención del personal, siempre atentos y muy bien predispuestos. Tuvieron la gentileza de no cobrarnos una cena, de lo pobre que era. En otros lugares, ni esa gentileza tienen.

Cons:

La comida es horrible, La piscina no es climatizada, por lo que en invierno carece de utilidad. Las habitaciones están mal acustizadas y se escucha todo lo que dicen en la de al lado.

La falta de mantenimiento en la picina....vergonzoso, en una zona super turistica y en comienzo de temporada ALTA...-
Falta de mantenimiento en la picina propiamente dicha y el deck, con maderas podridas o desclavadas, al igual que las pasarelas en madera de las habitaciones
NO tienen telefono en la habitacion para contactarse a comcergeria ni con otras habitaciones,,,solo por wassap desde MI propio celular....
