Café da manhã deixouo a desejar, além disso, as instalações são muito antigas, necessitam de reforma e limpeza maior. O colchão poderia ser mais novo.

Hôtel est très beau, les chambres sont spacieuses avec de jolies petites terrasse dans la Selva.
Pros:

Les chambres et la piscine sont magnifiques.
La salle de bain un peu vétuste

Le petit déjeuner est correct mais sans plus et la restauration est moyenne.

No era lo que esperabamos.
Pros:

Lo que mas me gusto es la ubicacion dentro de la selva misma, tambien las vistas desde la habitacion hacia el bosque.

Cons:

Primeramente el estado del hotel en general cuando llegamos en grupo, se notaba lo descuidado que estaba, como que no esperaban recibir un grupo de gente al menos esa fue nuestra percepcion. Estaban entre dos personas nada mas de servicio en todo el hotel en el momento que llegamos y tuvimos algunos reclamos en cuanto a unos tragos que pedimos y al estado de la piscina y alrededores que no fueron recibidos de la mejor manera de parte de ellos. La verdad en un momento dado hasta planteamos cambiarnos de hotel, luego nos tranquilizamos le pusimos onda. Tambien debo reconocer que luego aparecio otra persona que si tuvo un mejor trato y al dia siguiente ya estaban un poco mejor las condiciones de las instalaciones.

El hotel es muy hermoso, el restaurente y las habitaciones están inmersas en la hermosura de la selva, pero las instalaciones están un poco venidas abajo, necesitan renovarse y mantenimiento. También la ropa blanca necesita renovarse.
