Too far from the airport to be an “airport hotel”, located in light industrial area, very few options to dine.

Pros:

O al still waiting to receive my security deposit , I was told ot will be in my account within few days nut has been 3 weeks i have not received , no contact from the property.
I dod not get the airport shuttle and had to take a taxi to get to the hotel

Pros:

Le personnel est gentil, respectueux et attentionné. Ils sont à l’écoute. Les enfants ont apprécier la piscine/spa le déjeuner est bon et très varier. Notre suite était spacieux confortable et propre. Rien à dire à part que je retournerais sans hésiter. Nous avons passer une très beau week-end.

Pros:

The hotel went beyond our expectations and would highly recommend! The shuttle from the airport was quick, the driver was polite, pointed out restaurants we could walk to have dinner. Morning shuttle back to the airport was efficient, driver polite and more than helpful. Check in was quick. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud. We loved the Dove soap products in the bathroom. The suite had everything we needed and had lots of room. Keurig machine, iron and ironing board, fridge, TV in living room and also in the bedroom. The gym had lots of equipment. We ordered pizza from the nearby Pizza Depot-good pizza, quick delivery to the hotel room, good price. We left the hotel too early for their buffet breakfast but they did give us a little bag with an apple, yogurt, juice and cookie. Enough to get our day started.

Cons:

Staff was rude upon arrival her name was Aaliyah , her attitude was horrible. We arrived at 230 , she told us check in was at 3 which was fine but then was rude. When it came closer to checking in , she literally pointed at us to call us over. She was horrible. Then the building had no drinking water in the room or guest services. I bought water from Denny’s for 9 dollars which was ridiculous. No lotion or soap in the room either
