Loved it and will be returning
Pros:

I prefer a small personal hotel and this was what I got. The location was great and close to a place that served everything we needed with just a short walk. Definitely will be coming again.

So awful I left within 10 minutes of checking in.
Pros:

Bathroom had mold on the door. Curtains were hanging off the curtain rod. Dirty laundry was puked high all over the outside walkway along with cleaning carts at 5:30.pm.

Cons:

Tv didn't work, no phone in the room. Mold and mildew in quite a few places. I have asthma so I left within 10 minutes of checking in. I went to the lobby and no one was there.

Pros:

Staff was okay

Cons:

The experience was so bad.. there was sand on my bed. No soap or shampoos provided. There's coffe machine but no coffee. They said tv worked but getting to Spectrum Enterprise was like traveling to the moon. Impossible.
People were soo loud at late night. Making me feel unsafe and ruining the stay. I could barely sleep for 2 hours. Please find another hotel. This isn't a good plave to stay

Pros:

location is only advantage

Cons:

There is no supervision of guests. At 4am we had to ask neighbor doors to be quiet. There were kids screaming outside, using the pool until 3am.
