La verdad que el precio de la estancia no es barato y la habitación estaba bastante dejada , tenía cercos en la mesa de noche y bastante polvo , la habitación me gustó , se podía mejorar esos detalles

El servicio de SPA es genial y todo el tema de masajes es estupendo. Muy buenos profesionales. Vamos una vez al año desde hace ya tiempo y seguiremos haciéndolo porque el entorno nos encanta y se desconecta mucho estando allí. Muy recomendable.

Relax, limpieza y amplitud
Pros:

Muy amplia la sala, con obsequios de desayuno y libro de guia asturiana. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el baño también. Disfrutamos de la bañera hidromasaje sin ningún problema. En general todo perfecto.

La cama de la suite con bañera hidromasaje estaba formada por dos camas más pequeñas unidas.

Deje una pertenencia de valor en una bata de baño, una pulsera de plata que perdí, e incluso llamando un par de días después para preguntar si la habían conseguido me dijeron que me llamaban, y me quede esperando una respuesta si habían encontrado dicha pertenencia, todo muy bien pero una lástima que se deje una pertenencia y queden en avisarte y ni si quiera devolvieron la llamada

Excelente emplazamiento, insuficiente personal.
Pros:

El entorno es excelente.

Cons:

La temperatura de la sauna y del baño turco estaba muy por debajo de lo necesario. Sorprendente para un hotel que se dice SPA.
Al menos en agosto falta la mitad del personal necesario para operar el hotel y su restaurante adecuadamente.
