Cogimos la habitación junior suite y cumplió expectativas de tamaño. Pero desde luego NO de cuidados, la bañera con rayones tapados, oxidada...
MUY DECEPCIONADA tanto con el SPA, lo esperaba mejor, además de que cuando entramos éramos 14 personas, y no considero que el tamaño del spa en global tenga capacidad para 14 personas en la piscina, a parte de que el agua del jacuzzi no estaba en mi opinión lo suficiente caliente. Decepcionada también con el desayuno, cantidad escasa para el precio que tiene, bajamos a las 10:15 (finaliza a las 11:00) y estaba todo arrasado, no se encargaban de reponer la comida a menos que lo pidieses; poco embutido (3 cosas), bollería no sé porque solo quedaban 2 cosas cuando llegamos, zumo natural únicamente naranja.

mucho ruido en la habitación, se escuchan los pasos sobre el piso de madera y desde los ductos de ventilación eran constantes los ruidos en la noche
Habilitaciones muy amplias con cama muy cómoda. Desayuno muy variado con bollería de calidad. Buen servicio de cafetería. Nos dimos un masaje para dos y los masajistas lo hicieron muy bien.
Baño un poco anticuado. Spa muy pequeño.

- nous avions réservé pour 6 nuits ( et payé en conséquence) une chambre avec vue panoramique et si possible avec douche
- nous nous sommes retrouvés au RDC avec vue sur le parking !!! nous avons demandé à changer et avons obtenu une chambre avec vue mais de moindre catégorie et avec une douche pour des personnes ayant 76 ans !
No hay cámaras conectadas, y alguien me dió un golpe en el coche, el parking es gratis.. Pero debe usarse por los clientes..
Si alguna persona lo usa gratis, y tu aparcas confiando que está protegido no es verdad
El desayuno
El spa se queda un poco escaso
Limpio, cómodo, fácil acceso, aparcamiento privado y entorno espectacular. El desayuno muy rico y variado, merece la pena.
Por decir algo, el papel higiénico podría ser de mejor calidad.
La habitación
Falta de organización, cobros en tarjetas de aval innecesariamente, desinformación y confusión ya que puede llegar a cobrar servicios spa en una cuenta y habitación en otra.

La limpieza de la habitación (manchas de café secas en la mesilla, un calcetín de un cliente anterior debajo de la cama...). La suite junior, aunque muy amplia, es muy oscura al ser abuhardillada. Aunque se nos permitió estar la hora y media contratada, Tuvimos que esperar 20 min para entrar al spa, que tuvo que abrir finamente el recepcionista...
