Lekker rustgevend en een fijn vakantiegevoel.
Pros:

Mooi hotel, prima gelegen, goed te bereiken, veel parkeergelegenheid en alles netjes verzorgd. Ook bij het zwembad een mooi uitzicht en om wat te drinken is er een fijn terras. Verder een goed verzorgd ontbijt met genoeg keuze. Vriendelijk personeel. Helemaal goed dus.

Cons:

De aankleding van het restaurantgedeelte mag wat sfeervoller.

rustgevend en mooie omgeving, super vriendelijk onthaal
Pros:

de kamer, de omgeving…. ideaal om tot rust te komen. Het onthaal was super. We waren een dag te vroeg en hebben alles gedaan om ons toch te accomoderen.

Cons:

de kaart was vrij beperkt. goed voor 2 dagen max. Thai salad is geen aanrader, is niet echt thais…

Destino excelente si buscas descanso, entorno rural y mucha tranquilidad.
Pros:

Personal amable y servicial, entorno natural muy bonito, muy fácil sacar a tu mascota.

Cons:

El hotel está bastante retirado por lo que necesitas coche para todo. Fuimos en agosto y el precio era muy caro para ser un hotel pequeño en un entorno rural, aunque muy cuidado y agradable.

Me pareció bastante decepcionante que se vendiera como una experiencia de relax… lo único relajante es el entorno (importante saber que se ubica en un pueblo de 80 habitantes, donde no hay absolutamente nada), lo cual te obliga a coger el coche continuamente hasta para ir a un bar. El “spa” estaba lleno de niños jugando en la piscina climatizada con churros de goma (si a eso se le llama experiencia relajante que baje Dios y lo vea). Las luces de la habitación no terminaban de funcionar bien, el suelo es de madera y se escuchan continuamente los pasos de las habitaciones de arriba. Y, por último, la atención de la recepcionista del turno de tarde deja bastante que desear: se negó a darnos una toalla de la piscina, pidiendo 5 euros en cash como fianza, cuando ya tenían nuestra tarjeta de crédito como fianza, me ofrecí a hacerle un Bizum, pagarle con tarjeta y se negó diciendo que esas eran las normas, le dije que era imposible ir a sacar efectivo, porque obviamente en ese pueblo no hay cajero automático ni nada que se le parezca… mi marido se quedó sin secarse…. Así que mi experiencia ha sido bastante decepcionante. Desde luego no reúne las condiciones de hotel de 4 estrellas y el precio (para lo que ofrece el hotel) está sumamente inflado. No lo recomiendo para nada

Hotel bonito, limpio, para disfrutar de la naturaleza
Pros:

El entorno, su tranquilidad y el hotel en general era bonito. La habitacion era amplia y limpia. El desayuno era variado, habia lo esencial y tipico. Es un hotel para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza y el silencio. El personal fue amable. No me importaría repetir.

Cons:

Si quieres visitar Asturias quizá esté algo apartado de todo. El spa con niños tiene restricciones de horario y se paga a parte.

El hotel es bonito y las vistas son impresionantes. Lo que más nos decepcionó fue el restaurante y el servicio. Claramente no están a la altura de la capacidad del hotel.

Cons:

Esperamos una hora para que nos atendieran durante la cena. Además, ya en el almuerzo nos dijeron que no quedaba nada de pollo del menú infantil, y para la cena seguían sin haber solucionado el problema. Era un día laborable, por lo que habría sido posible reponer los productos.

Al final, excepto los desayunos, decidimos comer siempre fuera del hotel porque la experiencia en el restaurante nos decepcionó mucho.

Pros:

Cadre très reposant dans la nature au coeur d'un joli village. La literie est confortable, les chambres spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner extra.

Cons:

En raison du temps nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine extérieure et malheureusement la piscine intérieure est réservée au SPA

Muy buena ubicación, hermosas vistas e instalaciones bonitas.
Es conveniente comer en la hostería o ir a Infiesto ya que el único restaurante que hay en torazo no lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Hay que leer bien lo que uno contrata porque el spa y el desayuno no los tenía incluidos.
