Pros:

This hotel took payment for our stay the night before we checked in. The hotel burned down the night we stayed there. Terrible experience. Was never reimbursed.

Pros:

The carpet was old and dirty. Furniture is old and scuffed. Lamp shade had several large water stains and cracks. Lighting was poor. All in all, very poorly appointed. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

First impressions were not good, the lady at the desk appeared to be rushed and wasn’t very friendly, short on customer service. The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It needs to be updated— carpets are old, bed spreads and curtains need to be replaced with brighter and cheerier colors. Dark accessories make it look dirty. Not having a place to eat close by was inconvenient after a long day of driving. Overall, we did have a good sleep and shower before hitting the road again. I was disappointed to hear that Come From Away was playing and we were not told when checking in, we would have made plans to go see it had we known.
