The staff was very accommodating and the condo was fantastic. Perfect for the four of us and close to everything downtown
Amazing place, really clean and well equipped as well as well situated.
We recommend that property.
Great condo, very comfortable and well stocked. Only issue was checking in, we were told to wait for someone to arrive with the key. Then after several phone conversations and over 30 minutes, we were told to drive to a central office to pick it up. Really inconvenient, and then there was some excuse from the desk clerk that “they don’t really manage this property and are checking us in as a favor”. Really inexcusable customer service. Once we were checked in, we had an excellent weekend.

We found the location to be the best, close to grocery, dining, shopping, and skiing. The condo was very nice, granite counter tops, lovely decor, and great view of the mountain.
The condo was incredible. Very spacious, fully stocked kitchen. They even had Scrabble! Staff was extremely friendly. It is also in a great location, can easily walk to anything in Aspen.

We arrived at the correct time to check in only to find that they hadn't been notified that we were coming. Fortunately they had an opening and we were able to check in. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay here in our future visits.
The room was perfect for our girls weekend. Thought the room was cozy and very clean. Would definitely stay there again!
Except for the climb up stairs with luggage to either 1st or 2nd floor, once in our apartment we were more then pleased with level of comfort,
