Great location for a week away
Pros:

Great location on level 10. Appt was well fitted out and we had stayed there before. Good coffee place close by at the surf lifesaving club (3-to-5-minute walk). Patrick still very friendly and helpful as is his little dog.

Cons:

A few things were a little worn down. Toilet paper holder was loose, units could have been a little cleaner particularly the bathroom, lounge was a little dusty mind you that could be due to sliding door being open.

The apartment we were in needed a very thorough deep clean. At the surface it was clean but the rug in the apartment needs to be thrown out.

Great Location
Pros:

Location was excellent.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable, you can feel the springs when you lay down, beds need an upgrade. Toilet in ensuite had a different seat which was not the same shape as the toilet. When you get an ocean view room it can be a room on the side where you can barely see the ocean, should be able to have a front ocean view room even if you charge abit extra but it's pretty much lucky dip.

Pros:

Close to the beach and the resteraunts and supermarkets good central area to visit all of the gold coast.

Cons:

Didn't like opening the oven and finding a old piece of pizza still in the oven and the dirty cutlery and some plates..

Amazing views and great location; the room was good size and clean but it needs better air flow...
Pros:

The room has sensational views and it is a good size, very clean unit; great location and staff were helpful when the reception was open. We asked for a nice room with good ocean views and they did not disappoint; we were on the top floor and exceptional views looking north. Thank you. The pool, spa, and sauna facilities were also excellent.

Cons:

The bedrooms face west and the rooms were very hot. When we arrived and walked in the unit was very warm and stuffy; with guests arriving I'd suggest turning the a/c on so it cools the room. The only a/c was in the lounge room and the fans (especially in the second bedroom) worked poorly. My wife and daughter slept in the lounge room as the bedrooms were too stuffy. I would suggest better fans or a/c for those rooms. Also the tv didn't work the first day/night; I told reception and they did fix it to work but the remotes must need new batteries or something as near impossible to change channels etc. Just the little things need attention to detail.

Great location, great apartment
Pros:

Location, location, location! Stunning ocean views. Comfortably furnished apartment with everything we needed for a week's holiday. Great pool & spa. Easy walking distance to patrolled beaches, cafes, restaurants & shops.

The car park allocated to the apartment ... between concrete pillars!

Beds were like bricks, linen nice and crisp.
Aircon worked, however, it leaked water internally and onto furniture which could be dangerously due to the electrical cables for the TV - reported on departure.
Dryer was not in good order and sounded like a freight train if in use-did not dry the clothes - reported on departure
