Very dirty, damaged and disappointing. Do not book.

Cons:

The apartment I stayed in was filthy, I have never stayed in accomodation as dirty as this. It wasn’t even a little dust it was years of filth to the point the walls had balls of dust and fluff on them. The carpet looked as though it hadn’t been vaccumed in years. It was devastating and disgusting to stay somewhere as dirty as this.

Enjoyable stay in fantastic location in a nice unit
Pros:

Location was great, good sized unit and fantastic views

Cons:

The cleaner hanging off side of building who just decided to jump onto our verandah. Didn’t say a word - would have been nice to have been told about it upon check-in!

Fantastic weekend visit to watch the world go by.
Pros:

It was the most amazing view from the balcony! I had my coffee out there every morning, watching everyone go by and the calming waves. Beautiful. It was also a wonderfully sized apartment.

Cons:

Air conditioners in each bedroom would have been great. They are western facing and even with curtains closed, got very hot. We were only there for the weekend. Some little toiletries would have been handy.

A home away from home
Pros:

We were on the ground floor room as chosen specifically when booking. This unit is like a home away from home. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable and spacious. We absolutely loved having the pool at our back door and easy access to everything. Our children are begging to return haha. Thank you so much for having us!

Cons:

Nothing major, the cleanliness in some areas was slightly lacking and we had no spare toilet paper but thoroughly enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

The location is great with the beach and parks across from the building and restaurants, shopping and cafes a close walk. The staff were nice at check in.

Cons:

Stayed in Unit 19 on level 6 - A two bedroom two bathroom beachfront apartment. This unit needs a deep clean. It’s so very dusty and dirty. I spent a full 2hours wiping down and cleaning before we did anything. There were things left in drawers and around the apartment from the previous guests. Bathrooms looked clean but they are really run down with tiles falling off the walls, taps and fixtures have their mental corroding, and black mould growing in the shower from what looks like wall water seepage. The water pressure and shower heads are terrible. Vanities are falling apart. I would suggest a full refurbishing of the unit if you want to keep charging the high rate. All drawers in the kitchen need a deep clean. The dishwasher and microwave were super clean as of new. Fridge is outdated. Curtains need a wash as they were so dusty. Pillows on couches were pretty gross.

Great stay, amenities needed attention.

Cons:

No air con in the room only a fan. We had to keep turning the fan off due to it coming on and off ( including the light) randomly through out the night. It was extremely hot in the bedroom).
The safe was broken and the dryer did t work.
