Customer Service
Pros:

We were traveling through and just needed a last minute, one night stay. It was a late night arrival and Erica and Angel greeted us with smiles and genuine great customer service! The late night front desk person wasn't as kind, but the hotel was clean and breakfast was great! We were able to get on the road quickly the next day!

Another great Hampton Inn
Pros:

We stopped here over night while traveling to Daytona Beach FL. Staff were very accommodating. Hampton has the best beds! Very clean! Free breakfast and we were back on the road with full bellies and a good nights rest!

This Hampton Inn & Suites location in Orangeburg,
Pros:

Breakfast was great! Good variety eggs, biscuits, and different breakfast meat each day. Also coffee was good and you can make your own waffles. Food staff kept the areas clean and food replenished. The ladies were very friendly from house keeping to the front desk.

Graduation Day
Pros:

I liked the Customer Service, it's always exceptional. Cleanliness and location also played a big part, especially being close to the universities.

Cons:

I didn't like the cost per day of a room. Also, there was only one working elevator at a very busy time with graduations at two major universities in the area.

Pros:

Rooms and lobby need sprucing up. Bath had paint peeling from baseboards although shower was new.
Breakfast staff…exceptional!
Cost for pet is ridiculously expensive.
If this is #1 hotel in Orangeburg, I won’t be staying there again.
