It was so disappointing. We will not return.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Location was good.

Cons:

Far too expensive. Paying as much as we did, we really expected more out of Hampton Inn. Could hear every footstep & noise from the room above us. Beds were uncomfortable & creaked with movement. Toilet was very low. Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty.

Pros:

Never stay at this hotel if you plan on getting any sleep. It’s 1:30 am and I can hear people talking loudly and pounding as they walk in the hallway. People are so loud and the hotel staff does nothing to address it.

Nice room and convenient location
Pros:

We had a nice and spacious room, with a good shower and comfy bed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hotel is located near many restaurants, gas stations and other hotels. Breakfast was typical for Hampton Inns, although on this day the sausage was burnt and the fresh fruit frozen. Ice machines are on every other floor, and not the first floor of our assigned room.

My stay was what I hoped it would be. Comfortable, handy and affordable.
Pros:

I wasn't able to take advantage of the breakfast. I was told about it though and it was promoted positively which made it tempting. My room (a studio suite) was wonderful.

Cons:

The cover on the bed was kind of scratchy but other than that, everything was great.

Our second stay at his particular facility. Very nice, clean, comfortable, and very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast also.
