Convenient location, clean, the gym was good.

Cons:

Hot tub was out of order, getting out of the property is tough during the day heavy traffic and trucks blocking the road at the grocery store. Bed was super uncomfortable. The restaurant Jae is in the building but the food was awful!!!! I got 3 sushi rolls and pretty much not edible I threw 75% of it in the trash. The rice and lo mein was ok.

Cons:

We reserved here specifically because it listed a hot tub. We arrived to find an out of order sign on it. The desk clerk said the website stated that it was not working but neither I nor my wife could find any notice of that. Very disappointing.

So much work to navigate, and it made it so much easier without having to worry about anything else
Pros:

Everyone was kind and responsive - our team had booked the conference room with food options throughout the day and it all went very well - no issues or concerns, and the kindest waitstaff. My room was perfect and comfortable. The coffee was always available and I was incredibly grateful. Love the place and will be back

Beautiful new hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel is centrally located near supermarkets,, stores, brewery. nsil salon, massage salons and restaurants.. Asian restaurant and bar on property is fairly priced and has really good food and also serves breakfast.. Pool and jacuzzi area was very nice.
It was a great stay and we will be back.
