I would stay again
Pros:

The stay there was suitable for my months stay and it was comfortable and clean

Cons:

The painters were in and as I left one morning they asked me to leave my door open so they could paint my door I did but reculantly as was out for the day even with cameras in the building it’s not good which was the answer from reception when I mentioned it as left .

Superb accommodation, staff pleasant & most helpful
Pros:

Perfectly located in heart of Randwick, central to everything -surrounded by eateries, cafes, shopping centre a few doors away yet accommodation was quiet & of very high quality.

Cons:

Had a little difficulty finding the actual streetfront entrance as the Main Street fills up around the complex.

Very impressed with the customer service
Pros:

The best customer service I have had for many years. They were outstanding and I will definately stay there again when next in Sydney.

I only got to stay a couple of nights.

Шумоизоляция отсутствует, живёшь как на улице. Уборка очень условная, вся мебель и сам отель старые, все продавшего, в двухместной кровати в дырку проваливаешься, в ванной грязновато. Цена очень высокая для такого уровня отеля.

Clean but dated

Cons:

Requires maintenance to bring building up to standard. Outside the balcony needs to have sliding screens repaired.
Not happy with the way staff entered room without asking permission. Very poor security- simple door lock no security chain .
