Great place in a good location.
Pros:

This was my second time staying here. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of shops, restaurants and either a walk or short bus to the beach! Also very easy to get from the airport to here on public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms have everything you need!

Couldn’t fit car in car park without stress finally got it out and left it on the street had fine from the ranger not a good experience
Bathroom was tiny for handicap person
Had trouble getting wheelchair in the doors just not ideal for our stay

Great location. Very close to shops and hospital. Reception staff went above and beyond.
Pros:

The room facilities, comfortable bed, great bathroom and washing machine.

Cons:

The carpet is so dirty, that the dirt comes off when picking something off the carpet, onto your hands.

Cons:

Poor maintenance. Bathroom area flooded had to use all available towels etc to stop water reaching into carparted areas. The shower drain was blocked as well as the basin outlet and the outlet outside the shower. The condition of the drain was observed when I checked in but all only came to light when I had shower next morning

Good location, central Randwick.

Cons:

The room was okey but quiet different from pictures. Views from the balcony was the wall from next building and we had a family of pigeon living there. Don't expect to see anyone in reception as it’s always close (even between reception hours). But self check in and out was easy. Housekeeping team will only do your bed and change your bin but won’t clean or refill toiletries.
