Location was great easy access to big supermarket sky rail etc.
Pros:

Great location the entrance staff were great and were always smiling and happy to help

Cons:

The bed was very hard. The original staff at the desk wanted to charge us an additional 1500tbt for a slightly early checkin. I had emailed and contacted them 4 times and explained that we would be arriving early from a long flight. We did get in early at 12pm at no charge.

Everything, it’s an exceptional property with grea facilities, the cleaning staff do an amazing job in keeping the rooms and communal areas spotless. And not forgetting the staff, they are the most loveliest people and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

Pros:

The room was perfect, it had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful. The bathroom was huge. The kitchen was well equipped, including a washing machine which helped us a lot! The swimming pool is lovely and the gym as well. I would totally repeat.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite simple, but it's ok.
The TV had no HDMI port for me to plug my chromecast, but since it was a Smart TV with apps built-in such as Netflix, this didn't bother me.
