Pros:

Spa center was really nice with working hours from 10 to 19. There were many people on the New Year eve, but the hotel was not overcrowded.

Cons:

There were two single beds in the double room, it's a twin room in fact. Sleeping on separate beds moved together is not comfortable. The shower was terrible - water temperature could change abruptly from normal to ice cold or boiling hot! So that I preferred to shower in the spa center instead. The food could be better. Kids club was only open during the New Year party.

Dear all!

A massive thanks for such an amazing time we had in your hotel! It was just wonderful!

We LOVED Spa, Lobby Bar, food, service, hairdresser, kids room,our room view, staff attitude and how attentive everyone is!!!

Well well done everyone and specifically we want to note how wonderful and helpful were Russian speaking main Receptionist and Spa Receptionist, chefs, bar staff and cleaners.

We want to recommend this hotel and there is everything you need.

Also, we were amazed by fantastic New Year celebration there!!! Uau- it was absolutely epic!

We suggest you to get all inclusive package and you will enjoy it for sure!!!!

WiFi im Zimmer is gegen Gebühr kostet 3 Euro pro Tag man had nur im loby gratis WiFi, obvoll man all inclusive had krigtman nur biss 22:00 Ur essen und Getränke ,ab 22:00 Ur is gegen Gebühr, Das Hotell ist sehr alt und lange nichts renoviert,is totale Gegenteil won dem Bilder.

Líbilo se nám že hotel je vybaven saunou párou lázně Haman vnitřní bazén venkovní bazén

Cons:

Bylo toho velmi hodně co se nám nelíbilo například hned první den při cestě na večeři kočka u dveří si došla na toaletu druhý den se opakovalo to samé a viděl to i fotograf které tam který tam pořizoval fotografie reklamovali jsme v recepci velmi hlasitou hudbu v 10:30 večer Jediné co nám bylo sděleno že hudba bude hrát do 11 žádali jsme vrácení peněz že pojedeme do jiného hotelu což nám nebylo umožněno tuto situaci zachránil až svým výborným jednáním manažer animací který druhý den hudbu velmi utlumil a skončil doopravdy v 10:00 10 minut za což mu hrozně moc děkuji bylo to nepříjemné Hlavně pro naše dítě které čekalo sportovní utkání a první noc bohužel spalo pouze 3,5 hodiny jinak úklid pod postelemi nebyl úplně dokonalý co se týče kuchyně je velká škoda že například nádoby do které jsou odkládané vajíčka které jsou připraveny nejsou vyhřívané a tudíž snídani jako jsou vajíčka nebo Polská oka Jsou studené turecký čaj byť ho mám hrozně moc rád nebyl úplně dobrý celkově můžu říct že je možné že odpovídá výkon ceně ale domnívám se že by hudba A tyto další věci měly být uvedeny v popisu A rozhodně si nemyslím že to je hotel který by měl být hodnocen jako 8,2 dveře v koupelně jsou shnilé dveře od sprchového koutu nejdou dovírat A při použití sprchy hned první den odpadl držák na sprchu

Good hotel for the money.
Pros:

Good variety of food. clean and cool gym. furniture in the room is old but in normal condition. There is an opportunity to go to the local night club Inferno and Aura for free. There are entertainment programs by the pool during the day and in the evening. There are also entertainment programs in the evening: music, dancing, karaoke, shows. There is a free sauna and a swimming pool next to it. good hotel for couples with children. There is a separate room for children where they can stay without parental supervision. There are 2 swimming pools. One is large outside. The second is indoor near the spa and gym. There is an indoor hall for events. was at the hotel from August 14 to August 26, 2025. Would you come back next time this time? I will answer with complete confidence Yes.

Cons:

Furniture in the room is old but in normal condition. There are a lot of children in the hotel. Soundproofing in some rooms is poor. It takes 10 minutes to get to the beach by bus. The bus runs on schedule every 2-3 hours.

Brilliant last minute holiday with the family!
Pros:

The hotel is located within walking distance of all shops and is comfortable
