отель не соответствует заявленному уровню. кондиционер не работал. полотенца в бассейн меняют 3 (((((три))))) раза в неделю. Завтрак невкусный. Скрэмбл из порошковых яиц, рыба отвратительная, пришлось выплюнуть прямо за столом. Хлопья или самые дешевые или просроченные, очень невкусные. В номере чувствовался запах какой то химии. Пляж мелкий, грязный. Персонал не клиентоориентированый. Мы выехали из отеля на следующий день, хотя оплатили зараненн полное проживание и нам отказались возвращать хоть какую то часть средств. Я глубоко разочарована как отелем, так и отношением персонала Букинга, к которому обращалась с просьбой о возврате предоплаты.

The location amazing at front Nissi Beach with a perfect view
Best view to Nissi beach from this hotel rooms
Staff friendlier then even ( can change a bit in High season when they become extremely busy)
Plenty sun loungers
Very clean Nice pool

Cons:

Gym need update i didn’t go
Breakfast boring, and salads could be better not
Only row carrots cabbage so dry
For Fresh fruit would be lovely watermelon not only apple banana oranges

Don't look for hospitality here
Pros:

Facing the beach

Cons:

Local staff (Cypriot management ) with attitude not knowing what hospitality is whereas staff from immigration pretty good but being poorly treatment. It wasted my stay to see and feel that. Also too much smells in sheets, hallways, etc it's nauseous.

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf Nissi Beach
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Nissi Beach daher die Lage traumhaft! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sympatisch. Das vielseitige Frühstück war mehr als akzeptabel. Das Massageservice ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Ich lag viel Wert auf das Gym doch als ich diese Ausstattung sah wurde ich enttäuscht. Die Geräte sind sehr veraltet und defekt. Sehr Schade.

Magnifique vue et emplacement
Pros:

La vue sur la mer (demandez à être dans les étages les plus élevés) et la plage, exceptionnelle avec une eau magnifique, en face, très facilement accessible. La taille de la chambre et le balcon. La facilité de se garer dans le parking en arrivant. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du choix.
Pour aller dans la ville d'Ayia Napa en 10 minutes, un bus devant l'hôtel (à 2 euros et qui passe souvent y compris tard pour rentrer) permet de s'épargner de prendre sa voiture et de dîner dans un restaurant typique (qui n'existe pas à Nissi Beach).

Cons:

Devoir payer 10 euros pour la serviette de plage/de piscine, remboursé, mais à rendre au plus tard à 18 h ! Absolument pas pratique, notamment pour profiter des derniers rayons de soleil si agréables ! Seul hôtel pendant tout notre voyage à Chypre à pratiquer ce système de caution.
Dommage que l'hôtel ne possède pas de transat sur la plage !

Die Zimmer waren sauber und wunderschön. Die Aufzüge, die Glasflächen und die Flure waren jedoch nicht sauber. Für ein so schönes Hotel ist es schade, dass solche Details nicht beachtet werden. Ansonsten war alles ausgezeichnet und sehr schön.
