Séjour relaxant au soleil
Pros:

L'hôtel Vassos Nissi Plage est confortable dans l'ensemble. Ma chambre était très propre et je remercie le réceptionniste qui m'a surclassé avec une vue mer !
La piscine était un peu fraiche, mais j'ai apprécié le peu de monde dans l'eau ! Les transats étaient très confortables et en nombre suffisant.
La plage est juste en face et les promenades faciles pour trouver d'autres criques dans les environs. L'arrêt de bus en face de l'hôtel est aussi un plus.

Cons:

Les repas étaient de qualité moyenne, répétitifs et pas assez variés. Et les jus de fruit du petit-déjeuner sont vraiment mauvais.
Le quartier de l'hôtel manque de charme et d'authenticité : suite de grands hôtels et de supermarchés... Et le nombre de transats sur la plage gâche la vue, même fin octobre, la plage était bondée. Heureusement, en marchant un peu, on trouve d'autres criques plus charmantes.

Odličan položaj hotela, neposredno preko puta plaze, u blizini imate i dovoljno prodavnica, pekaru, restorane, polozaj za 10. Osoblje usluzno, ljubazno, sve u svemu nosimo lijepe uspomene.

Cons:

Samo mrvu popraviti/zamjeniti namještaj u sobama, kreveti mogu biti malo udobniji. OBAVEZNO ZAMJENITI TV uredjaje sa Smart TV, da imaju mogućnost Netflixa i slicno, hotel kao ovaj to mora imati :), ali ništa što se nece prezivjeti za vrijeme odmora

The location is excellent, less than a two-minute walk from the beach. I also really appreciated having access to luggage storage and showers after check-out.

Cons:

The staff were extremely unfriendly, possibly the most unfriendly I have ever encountered in all my travels. Not a single person at reception greeted us during our entire stay.

I was feeling very unwell for several days, and one evening, after seeing grapes being served at dinner, my husband asked if he could have a bowl of grapes for me, even offering to pay for it. The staff simply refused. I found this to be an incredible lack of empathy and basic human kindness.

Our room was located directly above the restaurant, which meant that every morning we woke up to extremely unpleasant cooking smells and the constant noise of tables and chairs being dragged across the floor.

When we arrived, there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge.

We requested an extra bed, and what we received looked exactly like a hospital bed, with an incredibly uncomfortable, poor-quality mattress.

The bathroom was filthy. I actually had to clean the bathtub myself before using it because it was covered in hair and yellow stains. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to have four stars.

The photos are also misleading and do not accurately reflect the reality of the property.

Another major issue is the lack of proper pedestrian access to the hotel. If you are travelling with a young child and a stroller, getting in and out is extremely inconvenient. There are only two entrances with barriers designed for cars, with no proper pedestrian access.

Overall, this hotel is nowhere near a four-star standard. The cleanliness is unacceptable, the staff are consistently unfriendly, and the level of hospitality is practically nonexistent.

A four-star hotel should offer more than just a good location. Basic cleanliness, courtesy, and a little human kindness should never be too much to ask for.

The location is simply unbeatable, with beautiful Nissi Beach right on your doorstep. Waking up to the breathtaking view from our room was one of the highlights of our stay and made the whole experience even more special.
We also absolutely loved the themed evenings, which added variety, atmosphere, and a special touch to our holiday.
A well-deserved 10/10! We would happily return and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
