La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda, trovandosi vicina all'inizio del centro di Desenzano, la facilità di parcheggio grazie alla presenza di 2 o 3 aree di sosta nelle immediate vicinanze. E l’arredamento nuovo e moderno

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 2 notti in due coppie e, purtroppo, l'esperienza è stata decisamente negativa a causa di una gestione approssimativa e di una scarsa attenzione all'ospite.

1. Essendo in 4 persone, trovare solo 2 cialde di caffè per tutto il soggiorno è stato un biglietto da visita piuttosto deludente.
2. Pulizia e manutenzione carenti: In una delle camere da letto abbiamo trovato una ragnatela con ben due ragni. Inoltre, uno dei lenzuoli era visibilmente tagliato (per fortuna ne abbiamo trovato uno di scorta nell'armadio). Inoltre Gli asciugamani e lenzuola non avevano proprio un buon odore di ‘pulito’ ecco…
Problemi con il freezer: Il congelatore era completamente bloccato dal ghiaccio. La prima volta che lo abbiamo aperto sono letteralmente cadute tre lastre di ghiaccio.
3. Regole e penali assurde: Prima del check-in ci è stata inviata una lista di regole rigide con tanto di penali pecuniarie in caso di inadempienza (ad esempio, l'OBBLIGO di lasciare pulita la cucina e di smaltire la spazzatura pena il pagamento di una multa). Una politica del genere, mai incontrata in nessun'altra struttura, non fa certo sentire l'ospite il benvenuto.
Le uniche note positive:

Nel complesso, non lo consigliamo. Il prezzo pagato dovrebbe includere servizi e pulizia adeguati, non una lista di minacce di penali a fronte di servizi carenti.

Pros:

Gepflegte Anlage, saubere Apoartments. Etwas ab vom Schuss, dafür ruhig - auch wenn man die direkten Nachbarn etwas hört.

Cons:

Lage außerhalb des Zentrums. Lüftungsgeräusche und Kühlschrankbrummen im Wohnzimmer. Schwer, hier auf dem Schlafsofa zu schlafen.

Pros:

Klidná lokalita, krásný bazén. Výborný přístup majitele. Vybrali nám vhodný apartmán blízko parkoviště a velice si toho vážíme. Máme syna na vozíků, bezbariérový přístup. Určitě se rádi vrátíme .
